Boutique Raft Resort, River Kwai in Sai Yok

This place is amazing. Only problem is it is way put in the middle of nowhere and not many food options. The hotel does have a restaurant that is really good, but the wait staff is just so so.

Fantastic experience at Boutique Raft Resort for our 3 day break. Great central location for exploring Erawan National Park & Sai Yok National Parks. Room & Hotel were spotlessly clean with car park, good AC & shower and had mini bar but no safe or kettle (a quiet morning coffee on the balcony observing the wildlife would have been idilic). The rooms are somewhat overlooked by the opposing resort, but firtunately this was uninhabited for the period of our stay. The fully wooden constructed rafts had large balcony area directly onto the river. The river was extremely fast flowing, but a seperate river pool and large decked area allowed for safe bathing. Breakfast was either a set selection menu or buffet depending on number of guests & was served at the main restaurant overlooking the river, this was a bit limited but good quality. Extremely good value fir money and highly recomended.

The hospitality was great, and the room was clean. The amenities were quite complete, and the food was delicious. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and everything was tasty. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

Great atmosphere

The room is spacious, and the balcony is wide as well. There’s a partition between balconies, which provides good privacy.
The food is extremely overpriced. The raft activity is also quite expensive, especially considering it only lasts about 30 minutes.
One downside is the very loud air conditioner. If you get a room with a view of the dam, it can really ruin the atmosphere.
I recommend choosing a room located further inside the property.

The environment is really peaceful.

It was a truely amazing stay in a raft room on the river! Clean and good service by the friendly and humble staff. room service was great. All food and beverages were reasonably priced. We will definitely come back again! No mosquitoes by the way!

The position is fantastic. At night you can only listen to the water flowing. The interior made of real solid tropical wood is very elegant. The dinner was huge and at very reasonable price. The owners friendly and efficient. Fully recommended.

Air condition was suck and mor flies are uncontrollable but good.

Good view for rafting type room. Window from floor to ceiling so can see the river without any obstacle.
