We stayed one month in Baan Wasana, and later on our friends spent one week there. It was a perfect stay. Bungalows are basic, which is the reason for giving 4 star for rooms, but for that money, location and service it is a jack pot. Secluded beautiful beach, that you have almost just for yourself, restaurant with local food, 2 minutes away. You can rent a motor bike with the owner, who is great guy, so polite and helpful ♥️ We really enjoyed every second spent here. Totally different Samui from east side chaos and crowds. Local atmosphere and amazing, stunning sunsets. Value for money 5/5. Will comeback here when we come to Samui.

Nice clean beach, shallow for children. Houses right on the beach. The friendly host. The majority of Russian, but no Russian-German cattle. Cafe on the beach and the prices are quite affordable. Shop and fruits far away, but can also be reached on foot. Here parties here, to go nowhere. Here one hundred percent family friendly.

Really good place! Clean and pretty. Kittipong was a super friendly labnlord/manager. Only problem is it is really isolated so there aren't a lot of people. Drove in at night and it looked a bit sketchy, but in the morning it was beautiful. If you're staying to party don't come here. But if your looking to get away I would say it's perfect. Also, you can walk along the coastline to Nathon Pier during low season.

The location is calm and looks beautiful. It is close to the beach but the area is kind of dead. The host is nice and helpful but the bad part is the rooms. I guess they are okay for a 2-star room but they are not that hygienic. A lot of stained and dirty furniture, including the bed. The bathroom is in bad condition and only provides the bare minimum.

Excellent value for money with the beach a stone's throw away. It's on the quieter side of the island, so it's nice and peaceful.

We have a wonderfully stay in Baan Wasana. We booked for five days, but after we decided to stay there for a whole month. Great peaceful location right on the beach.The owner is a great man. He was always so helpful and friendly. Thanks for making this trip memorable.

We had a perfect stay at Baan Wasana; such a lovely peaceful place and the bungalow had everything we needed and plenty of space. Walking distance to lots of great Thai eaterys. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Baan Wasana and hope to go back some day soon !

What a wonderful place to stay and enjoy ko Samui! It's nicely secluded so not too many other people. The bungalows are in a pretty good shape (but not luxuriously equipped) prefect beach, very friendly owner/staff, cheap scooter renting is possible, the next grocery store is about 10 min. Of walking. 100% recommend staying there if you look for a quiet and beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Thailand's nature! Big Thanks to the owner and staff!:)
