The hotel owner is very friendly. She also arranges booking for Island trips. We were late for one of our island trip and she even helped us getting the luggages from the room to the lobby. She also gave us an early check in as we requested. Ideal location near the beach. You also have massage parlour and bike rentals nearby. You can book them without any hesitation for your Krabi trip.

Very comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly staff. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the night market, so you'll need a short drive to get there. Overall, a great place for a peaceful stay!

Really good place to stay. Quiet, very clean and friendly place. They provide you whatever you need. There are many markets, restaurants; massage salons and fruit shops nearby. I will come back to stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it, the room was really clean and the bed was comfortable, loved that the hotel was like little separate villas with balconies outside each room. (Forgot to take a pic of our room).

Cheap and very clean, amazing service and very helpful. Security at night time to give you a peace of mind. Close to a Roti station which serves good food at affordable prices. 10 min drive from Ao Nam beach and 5 min walk to the Ao Nam Mao Pier. There is a 7-11 2 min walk from here. 💯 recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fahsai. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good as it was close to the pier and also close to a smaller more quieter beach than Railay. The only downside would be the sun roof over the property meant balcony’s felt very close together and the curtains had to be closed most of the time in case people could see in. But we would deffo recommend! :)

Staff is very friendly and kind, but the rooms have seen better days and the area also isn't the greatest. It's quite noisy and there is no natural light in the rooms, so you kinda want to spend as little time in them as possible. Doable for a night, not recommended for longer stays

The service is nice, everyday we came back to a clean room, but the first thing we smelled when we came into the room was mold. We also think that there is mold in the AC, so please be careful with it if you decide to book this place when you sleep. The AC is right beside the bed, it doesn’t work very well, the remote control also doesn’t do anything (you can’t control the AC with it almost at all), so the cold air is blowing straight to your face and throat when you’re sleeping. My boyfriend is very sick now and he’s coughing heavily, we think that this is not only from the AC, but also from the mold in it. Of course, sleeping with the AC is our responsibility, but the mold is not. So be careful with the AC.
Another thing - the walls of this place are almost paper thin, so prepare to hear everything that is happening outside. The other night at 3:50 AM there were tourists talking overly loudly outside their rooms and we could hear almost every single word. While I understand that this may also be not the hotel’s responsibility, keep in mind, that your sleep might be disturbed.
On the other hand, the staff is very friendly and the location is quite nice, away from the loud city centre, but quite far from Ao Nang beach.
