The resort is located on a private beach, and the only way to reach it is by taking a boat from Nopparat Thara Beach, which takes about 15 minutes. Because of this, the resort feels very peaceful and secluded. The beach is long, quiet, and very beautiful with clear water. However, there are no fish or coral right in front of the beach.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities. The room was dusty, with visible dirt in several areas, and the furniture was broken down and outdated. It’s clear the hotel hasn’t been properly maintained for quite some time. A very lovely hotel and good value for money. The staff are highly trained in western customer service. During high season check in can be at 2pm. If you arrive early, bring a small bag and head to the pool, beach or many restaurants nearby.

The WI-FI is abysmal at this hotel. There is a lot of building work going on opposite the hotel. Another large apartment block or hotel is under construction. A lot of noise from 7-30am until 6pm.

Very good resort in Koh Lanta. Service, rooms and beachfront location are very good value. We spent 3 nights in a beach house, on the sand and 10 meters from the water. Hotel was recently renovated, including rooms and main pool. Breakfast and food overall is ok. Onsite massage is also the best we had in Thailand. The hotel's location is a bit far from the beach. Its main feature is the direct pool access rooms, which I only got to experience once as I was busy with island hopping every day. The villas we got are very spacious and good. Location is right in the Ao Nang street which is great. Some very small issues of maintenance was there, which was also immediately fixed. Reduced 1 star for room since the resort needs a bit of maintenance. Reduced 1 star for Service, since I had asked for a birthday arrangement via phone to the hotel. Great location and pools. Breakfast quite a large selection. Stayed in the superior cottage and the bed mattress were a bit tired. They updated with a mattress topper which helped. TV reception and selection was poor. Normally not a problem but hey, the Olympics are on. Would stay again during low season as the rooms are not worth 2.5 more expensive in high season.

Room is clean, good location, breakfast with a reasonable price and the best is the free shuttle bus to Aonang beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, he was very welcoming towards us. Rooms were clean and location was perfect for us. I truly appreciated the view of the hills from the balcony. Highly recommended if youbare looking for a peaceful stay.

Bathroom not cleaned, I called to receptionist request for room makeup and turned makeup sign on before go out. Unfortunately after return to the room late evening, still did not receive the room make up.

Hotel was in a great location. Extremely close to everything. The beach, restaurants etc However I have never been to a hotel i Asia nwhere the staff (especially the reception staff) have had so little interest in their customers. I was a little disappointed with the hotels service to be honest.

Excellent resort - service was great along with convenient location. The staff prepared a complimentary birthday surprise for us (cake, champagne and room decor). The floating breakfast service available for the room was a highlight. Would stay again.
