Club status is the way to go! Free lunch and dinner with alcoholic beverages! Nice beach with good depth for swimming in, pools, pool bar, and live entertainment (singer).

All was great. Direct access to the beach, The room was big and clean, Three pools, with restaurants and bars next to them offering happy hour

Only downside is all the Swedish people who leave their pool towels to "reserve" themselves sunbeds by the pool - for HOURS, resulting in irritation among guests

If you arrive early, bring a small bag and head to the pool, beach or many restaurants nearby

Our favourite hotel on this beach. There is a complementary breakfast served in the reception area until 11. 30 AM (highly recommend the "Chinese bread sticks/doughnuts")

Nice hotel in Lanta, North of the island near the beach, shops and restaurants. Inifinity pool is lovely and warm. You need to cross the only main road to get to the beach.

Really nice. The beds are a bit too hard for my taste. Rooms are excellent. Great location. Only minus is that you have to cross a big road to get to the beach.

Pros : a nice view from the room with a great hotel location since its near the beach. Cons: no support after 7 pm, Infact no one is available at the reception as well

The resort is located on a private beach, and the only way to reach it is by taking a boat from Nopparat Thara Beach, which takes about 15 minutes. Because of this, the resort feels very peaceful and secluded

The hotel is pretty nice overall, right on the beach with a really wide beachfront. The beach is swimmable and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea vibes. The atmosphere at night is also really lovely

The beach is long, quiet, and very beautiful with clear water. However, there are no fish or coral right in front of the beach

I recommend following the monkey trail when going to the city, it should be safe even during the night. All in all, i felt like i was in While Lotus season 3. Would love to come back here sometimes in the future!

I don't know why the negative reviews. Excellent location with complimentary boat shuttle. Everyone at this place was kind. The service was good and the food was excellent. Including the breakfast buffet

The breakfast was loaded with multiple types of food, even lunch dishes. The rooms were very elegant and the terrace was immersive and made you feel like you were in the jungle

The hotel is amazing, beach connected to hotel which is a plus, shops are 5/10min walk but you can hire bikes and motorbikes for relly cheap and go where you want which is great, staff at hotel are very friendly and helpfull

The resort sits in an excellent micro-location, with accommodation plus office/reception in a leafy forest on one side of the road and the restaurant, bar and pools on the other side by the very nice beach, connected by a tunnel

Facilities: The beachside pools are dated, poorly designed (no ladder or steps at all into or out of one of them!), and of unreliable levels of cleanliness. The surrounding grassy area is ill-kept

After I checked out, my pre-booked return bus from another company didn't show up on time, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help me resolve the issue

The spa, it is beautiful, and I had a treatment which I do highly recommend. But for the other days, we walked 5 minutes to a place accessible on the beach, practically next door, and it was 1/20 of the price

We spent four nights at Pimalai resort. Very quiet, elegant, peaceful, very professional and kind staff. Our room with view on both the garden and the sea was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was amazing

We stayed 5 nights in November. The best thing was the room, incredible level of quality and attention to detail. The beach is ok (I guess really good for Thailand standards but you can find better ones in the Caribbean)

Everywhere all the time someone blowing their disgusting smoke in my face. They also did not mention a happy honeymoon ever at all even though we left a note in the booking note, which seemed weird to me

My family arrived here on 26th July 2026 and we stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel, service, rooms and view from our room was breath taking. Even otherwise the location and view from every room is fantastic

Rooms were old fashiion and towels were very very old. They desperately need new towels to be replaced. HOWEVER, the staffs were top notch! They were always cheerful and greets you

The room in need for renovation. Bed is hard. However the location is perfect to the walking street and to the beach for sunset.

The breakfast was rich with variety to choose from. The staff was excellently mannered and coperatuve. The hotel has every fascility and comfort any one would be looking for. Highly recommended ***** (5-Star)

The tide will fall and swell, leaving hundreds of feet of new beach exposed, making for an amazing walk with lots for crabs to see. Food and bar is what you would expect, almost passable, but not good

We had such a lovely stay at Pakasai Resort 😍🪵💚 The grounds are incredibly lush and peaceful - it honestly feels like you’re tucked away in nature, even though you’re still close to Ao Nang Beach

The pool area and gardens are beautifully maintained, and the location is excellent — close to the beach and restaurants, yet quiet enough to offer privacy and relaxation

They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning of our stay. In particular, Cream, Kik, Zo, and Hardy were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our time there, and we are very grateful for their assistance

The rooms located deeper inside the forest, which require a short walk through the greenery, are especially beautiful and add to the feeling of being immersed in nature. Breakfast was another highlight

There are many things to do nearby, a 7-Eleven is very close, and the night market is within easy reach, making it convenient to explore the area while still enjoying the tranquility of the resort

It offers a very wide variety of options and everything was delicious. Overall, Pakasai Resort offers a perfect combination of nature, comfort, great service, and a fantastic location

During our stay, we also went on one of the snorkeling excursions offered by the hotel. The experience was 10/10, from the professionalism of the staff to the beautiful lunch on the beach

Such a beautiful, well preserved, tastefully decorated hotel! Located on one of the best beaches of the island, providing easy access to the sea and also offering two decent sized pools

The location was amazing, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and Long beach was pretty quiet with amazing blue waters

The main downside is the location: the hotel is somewhat far from the town center and nearest shops, which can be inconvenient if you need to run errands or explore locally

▪️Yellow soft indoor slippers: Like walking on clouds, super comfy and plush. The customized birthday brownie cake was delicious! 🍫 It had a dense, fine texture, and both its appearance and taste were top-notch (P8)

It's also a bit smaller than the ground floor rooms. Luckily, the sea view is great! 🌊 There are four mirrors by the vanity. The maid turns them to face the wall during turn-down service – a cute little detail

Don't miss out if you enjoy cocktail making or cooking experiences! The hotel also offers daily shuttle boats to Hong Island. I'd been before, so I didn't go again and just spent a relaxing day at the hotel

I was initially assigned room 37, which had the sea view completely blocked by trees. After discussing it, I was moved to a room closer to the sea. This room type doesn't have a private pool, only a bathtub

I only tried the Thai food at the hotel restaurant, and the soft-shell crab was amazing! Other dishes weren't really to my personal taste. You can refer to the bill on P7 for prices

The hotel's location is fantastic, with direct beach access. The pool is also lovely and clean. Our garden-view room was very nice and had everything we needed. We could easily rent scooters at the front desk

Eating breakfast by the sea was an amazing experience! It was really hard to get a spot at the hotel pool though! Overall, it's a hotel definitely worth visiting!

For a small rural home-style hotel, Baan Rabieng is very good! Several small houses, the sea is nearby, the beaches are almost always empty

Markets, 711, lotus only 100 meters from the property. If coming back to Lanta on Klong nin beach I would stay here. Wifi was not the best but found that was not unusual in Lanta

Beautiful beach (no shade so be prepared if you need shade)

It is touching that right next to your terrace overlooking the sea, there are chickens and roosters wandering around. The rooms are spacious, the plumbing is in order, the beds are comfortable

A wonderful small hotel located on the seafront. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The bungalows offer sea views, and you can watch the sunset from your room's terrace

Breakfast is prepared every morning: an omelet or fried egg, a couple of slices of toast, butter, jam, juice, coffee, and a fruit plate

Something I feel the resort really needs to get on top of is the reserving of sunbeds. People were reserving sunbeds as early as 7am & then returning to their bungalows. Some even left towels overnight to reserve sunbeds

I would have given 5 stars except for a few things. The bungalow we stayed in 302, seemed to be newly renovated, but the finish wasn't what it should be

We stayed in the Family room mid April for 2 weeks and can not fault this resort. Room was pool side with less than a minute walk to the beach. Rooms we cleaned daily and Staff are very friendly

Lanta Bay Resort is in a great location, direct access to Khlong Dao Beach. Lots of families with children which gave the resort a lively feel. Two pools, which was great if you wanted a quieter time

The other pool was great except there were no umbrellas to get out of the sun so we could not sit and enjoy the pool. The resort really needs some umbrellas. All other resorts on the beach had umbrellas

Hotel is based in remote location off Railay. Very steep pathways to go to the rooms. The rooms are large and quiet

Such a great place - nicely placed along an easy to walk concrete path at the end of East Railey beach. It's far enough from town to feel exclusive yet close to venture into the centre of town

The view from the swimming is breathtaking and you can admire the sunrise from the beach or the comfort of your terrace

Breakfast was grim and unappetising. Getting to and from resort is either by longboat or walking the track to East Railay. There is a small beach but low tide is an issue, we didn’t venture there at all

The resort lives up to its name as 'hideaway' as it provides the perfect hideout for those who are looking for a relaxed staycation. The people working here will make you feel like VIPs

The resort shares clear directions, but you only realize how remote it is once you arrive — it requires a long boat ride and a 25-minute tuk-tuk journey

The restaurant serves good food, the bar and beach club are great, and the pool is lovely. There’s also a small gym and activities like ATV rides and kayaking (depending on water levels)

They offer pick-up and drop-off if you book activities through them; otherwise, transport via tuk-tuk and long-tail boat is chargeable each time

The rooms, restaurants, and service were superb. It's far from Ao Nang beach, but it's worth it. There is infinite pool, restaurants, bar, private beach, kayaking, massage facilities, tour packages, etc

The villas are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a local touch. What really made the experience special was the amazing team. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay

## Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness was good. The mosquito net had some dust, likely because it's rarely used. ## Environment: The landscaping is excellent, and it's very quiet, right by the beach

We stayed over NYE in a Deluxe Villa. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and House keeping came everyday and cleaned the room, changed towels and topped up the glass bottled water

Beach was really close by and the place pretty close to the main road where you can get all the items you need. Breakfast could be better and the spa was under renovation

## Facilities: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony perfect for drying clothes. A piece of the bathroom ceiling fell, but the front desk was notified and it was promptly repaired

Shower pressure was good, there was ample of hot water and the bathroom size was good! We had stayed in a standard room before NYE and then came back to Royal Lanta after staying in Ko Phi Phi

## Service: The service was excellent. Our stay coincided with New Year's Eve, and the hotel arranged a fantastic New Year's Eve dinner with a rich array of dishes
