Great view but in my opinion not worth the money. Rooms were quite old and the bathrooms looked very used. If you're facing the road, you can hear the reggae bar until 2 in the morning, which didn't bother us really. The receptionists were nice enough to warn us about the loud music. Location was really good tho! 5 minutes away from Ao Nang Beach.

WARNING AVOID !!! They stole 300$ from my room, i told the owner that i am calling police, after that they put my money to my locker which is on the reception and force me to open it so i will find them there and will not call police... They were wrong ! After i want to leave they want me to pay them for 2 nights instead of one plus cancellation fee. I called to embassy where i have been told to call local police because they have cctv pointed at the lockers so the cctv video will confirm that that very rude staff and owner put my money to that locker. Police arrived, investigate the incident and give us our money back. We payed just for one night like we acctualy slept there and did not pay ridiculous cancelation fee. Extremely rude people. This incident totaly spoiled my holiday !

Very nice staff, she allowed us to have late checkout..they have optional mini buffet breakfast. location is just a few minutes from the beach.

This place is great it is minutes for Ao nang beach, lots of stores nearby and restaurants, the ac works perfect! Beds comfortable and fridge and safe provided. The wifi is super fast as-well. Lady at the front was very welcoming and professional. Highly recommend for the price!

Hotel is well placed, very clean and has a good breakfast. Beds are hard, but acceptable.
On the bad side, a very noisy bar is right next door and music is very loud until well past midnight. Difficult to sleep without earplugs...

It's a decent hotel, the place could certainly do with some TLC, new paint, and a refreshing of electronic! Also lacking in power points - make sure to pack a multiboard!!

Other than that it's clean and a comfortable (if hard) bed to sleep on
