I strongly advise against staying at this place. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The bed sheets had yellow stains on them, and when we requested a replacement, we were told they were clean and were not given a new set. Additionally, the balcony door was not properly sealed, allowing insects and mosquitoes to enter the room, which left us with numerous bites.

The owner, Mrs. Pong, was incredibly unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. When we inquired about staying an extra night, she initially said she would arrange another room for us. Then she claimed she would contact her friends at other hotels to secure alternative accommodation. Despite repeatedly asking her for updates, she just kept assuring us that she would handle it.

On the morning of our scheduled checkout, which was at 11 a.m., I fell seriously ill and was unable to move. We had agreed with Mrs. Pong to meet at 11 a.m. so she could inform us of our next accommodation. However, she was nowhere to be found. Another staff member told us she had gone to the city and wouldn’t return for another hour. This left us scrambling to find a new place to stay, which was extremely stressful given my condition.

Had Mrs. Pong simply told us she couldn’t arrange another place, we would have handled it ourselves. However, her repeated assurances that she would find us accommodation, followed by her sudden disappearance, caused unnecessary complications and stress.
