This hostel is great! They've got A/C and very comfy beds (even though the blanket is literally an oversized towel.. but it works). Everything is clean and the hostel has a great location

I booked an all-female hostel room in advance, but two days later I was assigned a mixed-gender room. The hair dryer in the shower didn't work well, and shampoo and other amenities weren't available free of charge. On the plus side, the location and breakfast were actually quite good!

The pros staff was so kind, and they helped with all of my inquiries. The buffet was good, nice flavor. They have lots of zones to work and to make reunions, so it is perfect for the ones who need to work. The cons, specially the bathroom needs more cleaning. And the reason I don't give all stars to amenities is because it was the only hostel which didn't provide shampoo and/or body soap.

The room is disappointing for the following reasons: 1. Bad sound isolation, you can hear clearly everything from your neighbor and we can't even talk with a normal volume. 2. Bad facilities, toliet can not flush, shower knob is broken, no stable hot water, AC is extremely noise. Room is at hostel level, same for breakfast. 3. Next to a dirty river and very stink. We booked a family connecting and another deluxe. On the first evening, Krabi has a small rain and the deluxe room at the end of fifth floor started to have water leaking. Overall, the hotel was very good. The view was absolutely gorgeous with views of the cliffs. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The hotel is quite far from the main street, but if you don’t mind walking, it’s definitely manageable. This place is beautiful. It’s a quiet and beautiful place to be at. However it is far from Ao Nang where the main hustle is but if you’re ready to spend money & time than I would say this place is just to be at. I was really happy I chose to be here. The hotel was overall fine for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is honestly the best thing about this place — close to everything you need in Ao Nang. We had already been to this hotel before covid, we returned and noticed that it is a bit "neglected". Both the common areas and the rooms could be reviewed a bit. The hotel's location is convenient, everything is nearby, and there are cafes. The pool is small, about 1.10-1.20 meters deep. You won't get much sleep before 1 or 2 AM because there's a club nearby. You can get to the water through a cafe, but there's a smelly river from the city flowing nearby, so not everyone wanted to swim there. There's a club with a fire show right next door.

This hotel is slightly hidden among the buildings, but what a pleasant surprise! The room was beautiful and clean, making our stay very enjoyable. It's conveniently located near the beach — just a short walk down from the hotel and you're right by the seaside and surrounded by shops and eateries. A lovely place for a relaxing getaway!

Location is perfect if you are young and want to experience nightlife, and now on as well. Across the street there are a lot of bars, clubs, and strip bars. There are a lot of food, markets and restaurants, massage centers and pharmacist. You’re two minutes walk from our Naga Beach.

Definite yes for stays. Neat and clean. All friendly staff. No hassles. The hotel has a nice continental type breakfast. It's location is about 400 metres from the sea shore. Everything is walkable as it is on the main road. Got a pool too if you would like. The lunch and dinner are not exactly menu. Also note that the food eating spot is not sealed by windows. It's a stay worth the money.

We spent 4 nights at The Verandah Hotel and it is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with balconies, the most comfortable bed I've slept on in Thailand, and only minutes from the beach. The only downside was our shower was a bit temperamental, we had to visit another hotel to use their pool which was too busy during our stay (but at least we were close to the beach!), and our room was on the smaller side...

Overall, it's hard to be satisfied; the value for money is very low. The hygiene is acceptable, comparable to a budget hotel in China. At this price point, it's unacceptable not to have slippers and toiletries. The pool is very small, and it's quite a distance to the 7-Eleven. Not recommended.

My stay at Colors was perfect. The room is large, the Wifi is Good, the bed was comfortable and the shower was drenching. Colors is private if you want it to be and friendly if you want it to be. The on-site Italian restaurant is excellent. When I go back to Ao Nang I will be staying at Colors again.

This place is fantastic for families with kids, but there are a few issues that need attention. The staff is friendly and accommodating; however, the restroom was somewhat dirty, and the deposit box was broken. Additionally, the tissue holder in the bathroom needs to be repaired.

We had a very nice stay here for a week. Nice pool, staff is very helpfull (we had some requests). Mixed audience staying at the hotel. Restaurants, gyms and small shops within 5 min walking distance. Ao Nang beach itself is quite far. Getting a grab taxi is very hard. Takes atleast 15min if your are Lucky. The hotel does provide scooters which I recommend and than it is only a 5min drive to the beach...

After complaint they change me to another room, found that no tooth brush, and no housekeeping...

This was a beautiful hotel with a great pool and swim up bar. Happy hour at the swim up bar from 4-6pm and then happy hour at the lobby bar from 6-8pm. Lots of shopping and night markets nearby too! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including Mad who helped us with our luggage and Tang & Pena who were so pleasant to deal with at reception. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

We just stayed here for 5 nights and found the place was very well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a little harder than we are used to but they were accommodating with giving us a couple of extra pillows which certainly helped! Good location, close to the night market but far from the city center. We were so glad we weren't there when we passed through the center. Very friendly service, good facilities, the only downside was the limited number of electrical outlets in the room. I recommend it.
