The room was great, the water pressure in toilet also superb.. just the mattress only need to changed.. it firm and already curved. seriously the mattress need to change

We had a very nice stay here for a week. Nice pool, staff is very helpfull (we had some requests). Mixed audience staying at the hotel. Restaurants, gyms and small shops within 5 min walking distance. Ao Nang beach itself is quite far. Getting a grab taxi is very hard. Takes atleast 15min if your are Lucky. The hotel does provide scooters which I recommend and than it is only a 5min drive to the beach and the busy tourist area. It is axtually nice to be out of the busy zone. I do recommend rooms on the pool side. The Road side is quite noisy. Id definitely stay again.

The hotel has a nice view from the window, the service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast is clean.

Location kinda a convenient to ao nang street. Using grab around 100-200THB per trip or choose to walk for 30-45minutes.

Cleanliness average. There’s smell from he drainage from the toilet.

Amenities quite bad. We book first room, no hot water and the phone line was cut. Not able to contact to reception. After complaint they change me to another room, found that no tooth brush, and no housekeeping to clean my room day time, even I remind them to clean in the morning. Toilet light fused as well in the second room.

The room is spacious, but the bed is just two mattress combined together so there are hardened in the middle . really not comfortable. The water heater is dirty and the cups are dusty. The hot water in the toilet are not working properly.

I stayed at Tetris Hotel for 2 months, and right before traveling to Bangkok, $600 in cash was stolen from my locked room.
I reported it to the staff immediately, but the hotel did absolutely nothing — no support, no investigation, no compensation, nothing.

This was not an “accident”. It was a very clear theft by someone who had access to the room. I had a total of $700, but they took $600 and left only one $100 bill. That shows someone was clearly going through my belongings and choosing which bills to take.

Because of this, my child and I had to survive in Bangkok for 4 days without any money.
I have already reported this case to Trip.com and to the Tourist Police Bureau of Thailand.

This hotel is not safe and should not be trusted. No traveler deserves to go through this experience.

Room is big but with musty walls and musty smell, no hot water for shower for the first night, they send technicians to repair on second day morning
