Buzzas @ Pai Chan in Pai

This isn't our first visit, and not our first five star review for Chang Pai Hill. We make the drive from Hang Dong every year. It's SOO comforting knowing what were setting ourselves up for.. always consistent which is why we keep returning. The beds are reliably soft, cold water waiting foe you in the mini fridge, food that is always delicious and satisfying, homemade gelato (that's right, not a typo) staff that is beyond amazing and friendly (and great at their jobs!) with the piece de resistance being a piping hot bath on the patio that overlooks the beautiful greenery of Pai.
I'm not going to say 'didn't like' because we love everything! The only, I mean onlyyyy thing I could say would be regarding the bathtubs.. be prepared it will take a good 45 minutes at least to fill the tub, yes we timed it. :D BUT you can rest assured that the water will still be hot for you, so you'll just have to be a little patient!

Cool place. Room is huge with a great view. Room is a little dated but comfortable.

This hostel is so beautiful - it’s close to the bars so you can enjoy the nightlife but far enough away from town so it’s peaceful. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, there’s free water, tea and coffee and they also do a great breakfast. I wouldn’t want to have stayed anywhere else in Pai!

The view is superb, the hotel is very clean and the staff was so so friendly. Most importantly, the FOOD is AMAZING. I swear, we went insane over their Korean bbq wings and kao soi. While the location is a bit far away from the center, it's breath taking view totally worth the distance. And the place provide a shuttle to get to the center. I really recommend the place, very good value for money. We're a couple who stayed there in 2024.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chang Pai Hill Hotel, and it was such a rejuvenating experience. As a solo female traveler without a vehicle, I felt truly cared for, thanks to the hotel’s attentive customer service and seamless drop-off and pick-up service to the city center. It made getting around simple and gave me peace of mind throughout my stay.

The beautiful hotel grounds are vibrant greenery that creates a calming, inviting environment and enhances the property's charm. One of my most memorable moments was waking up each morning and gazing out from my bed at the breathtaking view—trees alive with the gentle flutter of birds and majestic mountains rising in the distance. It felt like a little slice of paradise.

The private balcony was another standout feature. The tub on the balcony quickly became my favorite spot for unwinding after a day of exploring. I’d suggest bringing some bubble bath to make the experience even more luxurious. I also loved spending time at the balcony table, whether enjoying a quiet meal or getting lost in a good book, surrounded by nature's tranquil sounds.

My stay at Chang Pai Hill Hotel was wonderfully relaxing and filled with moments of beauty and peace. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a serene getaway with warm hospitality, stunning views, and thoughtful amenities. It’s a place I’ll always remember fondly.

This is an absolutely wonderful place. If you are staying in Pai this is a must stay. The views are incredible and absolutely breath-taking and probably the best I have ever seen. You'll enjoy the mist covering and clearing the mountains most days.
The people that run the place are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was really nice and was bought to your room every morning and you select your items the night before. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning with the view down the valley was amazing. We had a bath on our balcony which I'd recommend getting. The rooms are spacious and clean and have big windows to enjoy the view from your bed.
There is also a decked and covered communal seating area where you can buy food and drinks and enjoy the view.
It is a small steep walk to town but they will drop you off and pick you up free or charge if you don't want the walk.
They will also pick you up and drop you back at the airport for a price but it's much safer than getting a bus.

Very nice hotel and not too far from the main area but we had a car. Good parking at hotel. Nice and quiet.
The price is reasonable, the rooms clean and comfortable (if you like a hard mattress)
My only complaint (unsure Agoda or hotel problem) I requested a ground floor room but the hotel ignored my request as i booked a delux room and on the booking page there was no way to know it was ground or 1st floor. The hotel should have called me but probably didn't read my request.
But overall nice hotel and pool. We booked this hotel because of the bath which was very big and two people could bath in it

Great view. Amazing breakfast which is brought to your room 🎉😍. Had to drive my motorcycle all the way up the hill, which was daunting to do the first time around but I managed.

Unfortunately when I was here the air quality was terrible so moved on from Pai quickly. Maybe better to not go here in February.
