Pros: Huge bungalows with a king bed, double vanity, large shower, separate tub, and walk-in closet/room with a small desk Amazing private deck with two chairs and an elevated area to lay down. The staff is great, you can get a massage (300baht) rent a motorbike directly through them (200baht/day), and they have a shuttle that runs hourly into town for (100baht/person). The pool is amazing, the food is good, and it's a nice a quiet escape from Pai.
Cons: My husband is requesting that I mention the smooth jazz they had playing all day... I didn't mind it :)

The pool is the main attraction of the hotel, it is big and water temperature is just right; but it is not well taken care of, some tiles were missing and the bottom of the pool has somewhat of a slimy texture. The pool closes at 7, plus you cannot get drinks into the pool area. The restaurant closes early.
Our first bungalow had a big fungus in the ceiling of the bathroom and water stained curtains. We asked to be changed and they inmediately accepted. The second room was cleaner. The water in all tubing, from the pool showers to the room sinks, has to be drained for a few minutes because at first it has a foul smell. The staff is lacking motivation.
