Good location at a reasonable price.

The facilities are all usable, but the toilet lacks ventilation, making the whole room a bit damp. The air conditioner drips water intermittently, so I had to put a kettle underneath to catch it.

I wish I had discovered this place when I first arrived in Pai! I only moved here on the day I was leaving, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The property is clean, green, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, even offering me a free ride to the taxi stand.
The atmosphere is lively, and from what I observed, people genuinely enjoy staying here. The huts are charming and definitely offer great value for money. I forgot to book breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

For me it was perfect in all aspects, very clean, quiet, nice and beautiful pool, and the service very friendly and always there when needed.
I really like and recommend this great place, it's not directly in walking street but also not to far away from everything.

The accommodation is quite okay, not too expensive, not far from the walking street, near tourist attractions. There are many types of rooms to choose from. There is a swimming pool. Breakfast must be paid separately.

We stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space.

The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night.

Just a little walk out of town but the benefit is peace and quiet.. no motorbikes roaring past! LOVELY room with own bathroom, fridge, kettle and cups for tea and coffee. BEAUTIFUL pool; surrounded by palms and trees. Resort well maintained and staff very welcoming and attentive to any request! Will be back!!!

The location is convenient, just a 600m walk from the walking street. The property has potential, but there's room for improvement. During our stay, we noticed a high number of mosquitoes, possibly due to the monsoon season. Our initial room had some maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns, but we were promptly moved to a cleaner room upon request. The linens and towels were fresh, although the mattress was quite firm. The bathroom was wet-style, without a separate shower area, and toiletries were limited to toilet paper and small soap bars. The pool appeared smaller than expected, but we didn't use it, so we can't comment on its cleanliness.

I should have listened to the other reviews here; the place is filthy. I booked 3 nights but felt uncomfortable and left. There was no refund, but that was mentioned by Agoda, so I can't complain in that regard. However, if you value hygiene and cleanliness, do not come here!
