יום ⚠️ WARNING – DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ⚠️! This place is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. There is a severe lack of hygiene and basic cleanliness. • Bed bugs in the bed sheets • Blood stains on the pillows • Towels that smell horrible and clearly not washed properly • Bathroom and toilet full of mold • Overall filthy conditions that made the stay unbearable This is not just unpleasant — it’s unhealthy. I strongly warn people not to come near this hotel. Staying here ruined the experience and felt unsafe.

Located in a nice rural area you'd better have a scooter or car, Pai is a 20 min walk away along a busy road. Some of the "villas" are rather dark, others, situated around the (small) pool, get more light.

We wake up to beautiful sound of beetles, bugs, breeze and sunlight. Beautiful place. This place offers privacy as the villas are quite far apart. Breakfast is well prepared. Counter is friendly.

Beautiful resort at a very reasonable price. The staff was cordial and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. We will stay here again when we return to Pai!

Although the rooms hold great balcony view of a green area, and breakfast included and service is pleasant. We had issues with ants, cold water and no water at all when trying to shower, the staff tried fixing it at first but later on became unavailable(at night when we came back for a shower before bed time)

Jungle experience with 5 star resort pool. Staff happy to help. Clean, quite, beautiful.laundry is service excellent.

Just off the main road that brings you into Oai, there is a dirt road which brings you to this resort. No scooter noise, no party people sounds, still a 15 min walk or 3 min scooter to all the fun. Reasonably priced and with all amenities you’d wish for. Nice!

Great! A little away from the hustle and bustle of Pai but close to get there. By car, like us, it's 2 minutes away and a large public car park to park in the city is very convenient. Warm welcome! Smiles at the meeting. 2 rooms for the 4 of us on the same terrace. Clean. Comfortable. Air conditioning. Very nice swimming pool in a beautiful flowery environment behind the rice fields. Fresh breakfast that we chose the day before. Just maybe an effort to offer a real coffee and a fruit juice for the morning... We loved it!!!!

This place is a little gem. I've been visiting Pai for 20 years and have stayed in numerous places, but this has to rank as one of the best. Yes, it is a bit out of town, but you have to go out somewhat to find a slice of paradise. The bungalows typically arc around a lovely pool area, which itself overlooks the mountains and rice paddies. It's sometimes worth spending a bit more to get such a setting. The rooms are clean, with air con and large bathroom, fridge with free water etc, and come with balcony. Struggled to get the TV to work, but we're not here to watch the box, right! The owners are super nice guys and couldn't do enough to try to help when I lost my phone (elsewhere). Hope to try the food on the next visit. Would be especially suited to couples and families looking for a bit of peace.

Had a fantastic stay here. The staff were so lovely and welcoming (especially the guy who ran reception) and all the staff work really hard to keep the resort looking beautiful, which has amazing gardens and views. Room was lovely, very clean and the pool area is just stunning. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from the main part of Pai (with its many places to eat and drink) it’s not a bad walk but it is along the road side so having a bike or car is a bonus (this also means you can see all the nearby attractions without having to take a tour, and there aren’t taxi options later in the evening at the moment) Would highly recommend.
