I absolutely loved this place! Beautiful, quiet, very clean and and the family who manages it is delightful very kind and helpful always with a smile.
I extended my stay twice and that in itself says all. I will come back for sure!

The establishment presents itself as a resort, but our experience did not align with that expectation. During our stay in Pai, nighttime temperatures dropped to approximately 9°C, and the resort appeared inadequately prepared for such conditions. We were not provided with additional blankets for sleeping, and the staff suggested we wear all our clothing to stay warm. The bedding itself was unhygienic, showing signs of prolonged use with an unpleasant odor, stains, and tears. The bed was notably firm.

The cottage's construction resembled that of an inexpensive hostel. While this might be acceptable in warmer temperatures around 35°C, the numerous gaps in the floor made it difficult to find warmth during the cold weather. The bathroom had not been cleaned, as evidenced by the presence of leaves and cobwebs.

Access to boiling water was unavailable. After 7:00 PM, The staff took care of everything and there was no hot water to drink. We made multiple requests for a thermos of hot water. Although the cottage itself was aesthetically pleasing, our stay was disrupted by unexpected noise. During a period when I sought rest, a lawnmower began operating, followed by a tractor. I had hoped for a peaceful retreat from noise, but the farm environment proved louder than Chiang Mai. The staff are nice people, but the manager and owners need to work on all this, or they don't call it a resort.

Stayed here for one night and wish I stayed longer. The villa was nothing fancy, in fact it was very rustic but, it was clean and did the trick. The property is beautiful and was so peaceful. The bed was pretty stiff and that’s probably my only complaint as had a sore back. I’d come back if I was in there area.

Language communication the only barrier

The hotel is located in quiet neighborhood and has privacy because of solo buildings. It is a bit far from downtown so its a bit downside of it.

It’s really quiet here and the owner is amazing (asked me where i am going next and gave me great recommendations) the room itself is exactly what i paid for. The location is around 2/3 km from the main area . Really recommend this place!
