This place was amazing. Our room was huge and gorgeous, giant shower with super hot water and great water pressure, huge windows with natural light and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were also great, amazing service at the front desk and restaurant. They also serviced the rooms daily which was nice and the people cleaning the rooms did a really good job. The breakfast was really good and included as well. We used the gym a few times which was nice to have as well. We didn’t want to leave! Definitely would recommend this place and was 100% worth the cost, which was very reasonable. Really good value.

Well, on the plus side, if you want a quiet resort, this is the place! Far out of town, very large property, and (almost) no other guests. Curiously, when we arrived there was only one other guest, and out of all the rooms they could have booked us in, it was the one right next door to him. All the staff were cheerful and greeted us.

On the down side, it is painfully obvious that this once beautiful and ambitious resort has been severely neglected for quite a while already. Some of the buildings are literally completely abandoned and you will find plenty of evidence of small wild animals living in them amongst the dark and dust and debris. Actually, pretty much all the formerly active facilities (gym, bar, pool, conference room, etc) are in a nearly or fully abandoned state.

Good experience overall. The Safari Villa was nice overall but make sure you book it when a deal is on. The property is overall a bit dated. There is no proper shower, only a bath tub with a very short shower hose and no way to fixate the shower head. The team is very nice and friendly, the breakfast is okay, would be good to have some more food options like sourdough bread and cold cuts which weren't offered

This hotel is well located for those who drive, offering plenty of parking and easy access to Pai Walking Street. It is far enough from the noise to remain peaceful, yet close enough to enjoy the convenience. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the night market.

We slept very well thanks to the quiet surroundings. Although the resort has been operating for about 16 years, it still has its own charm in our opinion. The price is reasonable and includes a fairly wide selection of breakfast items (except that the pineapple was underripe). The room was spacious, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pai.

The resort is nice but a bit outdated. The only real con is the breakfast, if you want a western style breakfast. I tried the Thai omelette and it was great. The location is great for exploring Pai. The staff is one of the friendliest staffs I’ve ever experienced in a hotel or resort. No matter what we asked, they always tried to give us an answer or help us.

The resort is at a quiet location, yet a straight walk to the night walking street. It's huge space requires someone to drive you to and from your rented room. The room is big too, airy and very nice view of greenery. Great to walk around the resort to enjoy their gym, breakfast (7 - 10 am only) and we requested ground floor. Tips: should spend a few days here, very relaxing and it's cool 24 degrees even during summer.

Big resort, pool near reception area. Sort of African themed! Rooms were huge, well styled and very clean. It was low season and very quiet so breakfast was cooked to order on request. Short walk into Pai town. Lovely staff. Outside smoking allowed.

I like this hotel very much. It is green and has a shuttle bus directly to the walking street. I can also call the waiter to pick us up from the walking street and take us back to the hotel. Since the swimming pool is under maintenance, the hotel also gave a 500 baht restaurant cash voucher as compensation. Very satisfied with it. The waiters are very professional and polite.
However, what we were not very satisfied with was that even though there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door handle, the cleaning staff still came in to clean, leaving us feeling like we had no privacy. Also, the cost of laundry is calculated per piece, not per machine.

The rooms are a bit dated . Do ask them to arrange twin single beds clearly as you book the hotel as they might forget about it. The king bed (made by combining two single beds) is not so comfortable. The saving grace was the availability of the netflix / Prime video. The washrooms are old
