The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the night market street, yet still very quiet. The environment is lovely, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Very close to night market, loads of food options and very quiet spot. Pool is lovely and perfect for cooling off, although there is limited lounger space there is plenty of outside seating and even a cosy quiet spot to watch the fish swim around. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation; this was our second stay. The location is superb, practically right on Walking Street. The pool is also great for relaxing. All the essential shops like 7-Eleven, laundry, scooter rental, etc., are within easy walking distance.

Resort is really lovely to walk around and peaceful and very close to the main area of Pai.

Didn’t have much interaction with the staff for good and worse. The location is great and there’s a nice pool, but unfortunately these are pretty much the only good things I can say about the hotel, the room quality was disappointing:/

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. While the property is small, it has a lot of charm and character. The rooms are modest but comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly modern and well-kept. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay."

Staff was very unwelcoming when we first arrived, there was a big group of workers all talking having a laugh when we came to the reception it all went deadly silent and the group of 7 were just constantly staring at us while we checked in it was a very uncomfortable situation.
The rooms are okay very dated and full off mosquitoes and lizards which is to be expected as we’re in a jungle.
What isn’t to be expected is bedbugs in the bed, my partner got bitten alive, to the point where she was in constant pain, we thought it was mosquitoes at first but after removing the bedding we were greeted by an infestation of bed bugs! (As photos and videos show) we complained and got moved into a new a room, but not before the owner tried to accuse us for “brining the bed bugs with us to the hotel” which is ridiculous he never accepted responsibility or even apologised ! And as we paid cash we had no leg to stand on! A simple sorry would have went a long way, but instead we got the blame for the bed bugs!

This hotel is in a great location ☺️It's 50-60m from the main street so it's surprisingly quiet. If you want to explore the city, this is the place to go. The room cleaning is good! The pool is also nice. There is no restaurant, but if you step outside, there is a department store with delicious food. There is also a rental bike shop nearby to go to the suburban viewpoint.

A great place to stay at and it’s located at a central location which is such an advantage!
The place also is surrounded by greenery and trees, complete with a relatively small but good enough and clean pool. The greenery really adds to the aura of the place, and the peppered chairs in between - though limited - are very thoughtful. The whole place has a sense of privacy and quietness about it which is perfect to relax and spend a good time! They also have an open central lounge area - quite creative and accessible - complete with a few books, a small surround stream (with fishes) and beds. It’s just perfect to either spend time with the family or friends or just lazy around with a book!
The rooms are very clean with running water, A/C and staff making sure regularly that things are clean. The rooms also come with a tiny sit-out which is cute and handy! The place also has decent WiFi available.
Looking around Pai, this place surely is a steal deal to stay at! The location, the service and quality of experience here is amazing! Even the staff are super helpful and courteous.
Note that no food or beverages are served here, so you gotta get your stuff from outside but the good thing is that the “outside” is like 100 meters…
