I had a TV that didn't work, and when I asked housekeeping, they said they didn't have an antenna. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. When I booked the room, it said a hair dryer was provided, but I couldn't find one. When I asked, they said they didn't have one. During my four-night stay, they didn't even ask if we needed toilet paper or housekeeping.
