Baancivilize Resort in Khanom

The condition inside and outside the room was terrible. The service was bad. I asked for a coffee cup and they didn't give it to me. The room was full of dust and itchy when I slept. It was terrible. I watched the review and was confused as to how it got a star. I was very disappointed. There were both ants and cockroaches in the room.

1/10 Beachfront accommodation, great location. However, I booked a certain room type and upon arrival, the staff informed me that the room I booked was full. I was then transferred to a poolside room, but it was smaller than I had booked. The toilet seat was broken, and the toiletries were incomplete. The TV remote's batteries were dead, and the towels had frayed edges. I had to call the staff to request additional toiletries and new towels. The room was not in serviceable condition.
The swimming pool next to my room was extremely dirty, with cockroaches, dead spots, and numerous leaves.
The most unacceptable aspect was the restaurant. In addition to the poor quality of the food, which was not worth the price, the hygiene was extremely filthy. (12/8/65.07.40) You can see the CCTV footage. There was a "broomstick" in the clear soup. I reported it to the staff, but they smiled awkwardly, did not apologize, and most importantly, did not replace the clear soup for the customers. There were about 20 other customers in several rooms. It was extremely bad. Others had to eat dirty food. Coffee cups had stains on their mouths and lipstick that hadn't been cleaned properly. I informed the staff, and they just picked up the scratched glass and put it back there, telling me to get a new one without apologizing or explaining anything.
This will be my last stay here. That's it. The price is high, but the quality, service, and cleanliness are terrible. They're completely dishonest with their customers.
