King's Garden Resort in Chaweng Beach

I was a loyal guest since 2019, but not anymore

I have been coming to King’s Garden Resort since 2019, and I truly believe that during Covid times our group was one of the few still supporting this place. I never had any complaints – it was always a simple spot with staff speaking poor English, sometimes forgetting orders or bringing something else, but it was fine.

Recently, however, the service has gone downhill. First, they no longer provide towels for outside guests. Then they stopped allowing parking in the hotel’s parking area. I wouldn’t mind these changes if they were communicated politely, but the staff have become increasingly rude.

Today, when I raised my concerns about the way we were treated, the staff member simply said they don’t have enough towels. I suggested they buy some spare ones and rent them out to improve their service. Instead of taking it as constructive feedback, an older Thai staff member responded rudely, which is unacceptable.

This is not how you treat loyal customers who have been coming here for years. Sadly, the attitude here is pushing me to stop coming altogether.
