Superb location, just 50m to the beach and also right in the heart of Hua Hin beach! Great room at a very affordable price, stay here to feel it!
Furthermore, the lady owner is super kind to let us postpone our stay due to medical reasons, from our booked date to a very late date even though we have paid Agoda on the reservation. This is something every visitor is looking for, you can't see this good deed these days!

I love this little cottage resort. The drawback is the road noise (every loud exhaust )and music from the mall. And the countless mosquitos around the house.
The staff was great. The rooms were great. The location is straight across from the mall. Beack is on the same sio street. A beautiful view 100m away. Lot of restaurants with in walking distance.

Very nice little place right in the heart of Hua Hin.
The grounds are quite quaint with lots of trees and jungle style greenery. The trees offer nice shade throughout the day so you do not have to deal with the blazing sun.
Rooms are ok, clean and reasonably comfortable with Hot water in the shower that works well.
TV is great for foreign guests with alot of sports and movie options in english.
Directly across from Blu port mall you have access to some shopping and food choices
This place accepts small dogs which was why we chose this location.
The only negative is the road noise which is constant, ongoing and sometime even a bit too loud.
In general though an ok place to come if you are traveling with pets.

Super cozy here. Room is tidy and clean. They have provided all you need for your stay. I always stop here for a night ony way to the south. Owner is very helpful, we talked for long time. Close to shopping mall Blue Port. And they allowed pets here !! That's amazing! You can walk to the beach. If you're light sleeping, don't hesitate to ask for earplugs. I'd always want to support local business like this than stay in big hotel chains.

We loved the individual bungalows with their outdoor seating area. It was very tropical. Easy access to the
beach and walking distance to markets and dining areas if you enjoy a 30 or 40 minute walk. Also eating options close by.
