The service was very poor because they didn’t provide trash bags every day, and they didn’t collect the trash daily either. The bed was really terrible — it felt like sleeping on a wooden board.

It's located quite far in, so it's more suitable for people who have their own car.

I went alone. The resort is quite far from the city, almost a 20-minute motorbike ride. The entrance is rather scary and isolated, with dogs and no lights. I wouldn't recommend going at night, plus you might get lost because it's quite deep from the main road. The room is spacious, suitable for two people, but the air conditioning wasn't very cool. The surrounding area is open, with few houses and no fences. I was quite scared going alone and hardly slept at all because the doors and windows were glass with only curtains for privacy. The bathroom was okay, with hot water, shower gel, and shampoo. The bed was quite hard; my back hurt a lot.

This is what happened with me during stay last month Jul. 2020 - Room type: 2 Bedrooms. I cant remember exactly the number, either 106 or 16.
- Arrived accommodation, got a new-clueless receptionist who needs to pop-in to office room behind counter to check every questions with another staff (even basic ones about timing for breakfast) . She can't answer most of questions on her own.
- I booked online, put credit card info on the website for the payment. When I got to the room 10 minutes, a receptionist who was in office room when we checked in called me, said the payment wasn't cut from credit card. What's the point to put credit card info on their website then?
- only one golf cart is available for all guests
- one of 2 toilets room, the toilet bowl was leaked and the guy said it can't be done during our stay. So basically, we have only one that works which is in master bedroom and no toilet room door. I asked receptionist to change the room or give discount. They claimed today is fully booked and asked me to wait 1 hour to discuss with boss. 1.15 hours passed, no update and not even answering my phone call. I walked back to the counter to catch up. Receptionist promised to get a new room for us (new villa is number 10). They finally sent someone to help us move 30 mins later. The new room was bigger but lots of mosquitoes, doors got big gap, my friend got bite by mosquitoes in first 10 mins. The pool got dirt and leaves at the bottom, the surface also dirty. We decided to move back to the old villa so at least pool looks clearer and we won't get killed my army of mosquitoes in the night time.
- A friend turned on water in shower room, the first glass looks like coconut milk and need to let it run a while until it became clearer.
- Pool doesn't have ladders in it, my friend and I almost stuck in the pool. Luckily another friend was waiting outside the pool so he managed to get us up.
- Jacuzzi takes at least 40 mins to fill half tub and water was yellow obviously.
You don't have to believe me, I just share my experience. Maybe it was my bad day.

Many of the things are broken there
, air conditioner in the living room, door lock, two of the bathroom don't have warm water, and it located in the mountain, so it take some times to get to the market and the beaches. Though the shuttle bus service is not bad. But you can have a better choice, believe me.
