Nice hotel, in a quiet location.
Very convenient option to hire a scooter directly from the hotel from the helpful and friendly staff.
Great pool and clean rooms, my only issue is the limited breakfast options but their was was no shortage of quantity.

You need to rent a motorbike to go to places around , Village Market mall , beach .
Hotel has a coin Laundry . 7-11 is about 10 mins walk .
WiFi signal is good , but disconnects sometimes .
Breakfast is okay .
I did not use gym and swimming pool .
Booked a Mountain View room , but got pool view on the first floor , near motorbike parking lot
Smart Tv with apps was good

Very quiet at night, easy to sleep. Internet was good in my room at least. Breakfast was fine, different things every day. Pool was beautiful, and a perfect temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful

Just a heads-up, the shower stall is really tiny. As a Chinese person, I could barely turn around in there, so I can only imagine how difficult it would be for someone from Europe or America. On the positive side, breakfast was plentiful, and parking was easy.

Pool was a nice area. Free breakfast was just ok. Plenty of watermelon, pineapple, eggs, chicken sausages and coffee so good enough. Room was sufficient. I was sick for most of my stay so I didn’t get out and about as much as I would have liked but the location seemed a bit away from any hustle and bustle. Which can be a pro and a con. I had a car I drove down from Bangkok, but I would’ve rather had a scooter. If you plan on staying in hua hin for a month, they have super cheap rates.

UR Huahin Residence was a different kind of place. It's an inconvenient 45 minute walk from Hua Hin's centre/Beach but the complex is self sufficient. All you need is there, so long as you have transport.
It's true what others say - most of the offerings on the menu of their restaurant (Yellow Bus), are pricey, and the inclusive buffet breakfast is meagre. No other restaurants nearby and a 600 m walk to a 7-11.
That said, the pool is first class and we'll kept. A laundry service on site, is great.
I thought I was getting a mountain-view room but ended up on a low floor facing the parking lot - bearable for just four days. High floor suites are apparently reserved for long term snowbirds who rent by the month.
Service replacing amenities was daily and generous.
Suite was generally clean except for a few small dead insects found upon arrival, that may have crawled in from the pigeon nest on my balcony next to the a/c exhaust.
In a pinch, I'd stay here again because the price is fair.🙂

Cons Include:-
Breakfast is not worth adding, cold and uncovered fried eggs? Same everyday could easily be improved.many other options eg Blueport mall. Need to rent a bike as quite far.
Very busy popular hotel especially for long term stays. Dozens of 60 + years old European men congrgating around pool every day exchanging stories (loudly) about their adventures with bar girls :(
Approximately 150 rooms @ 2 per room = 300 people and only 14 sunbeds which are often reserved from 8am by towels being placed on them. Need more but the pool area isnt as big as pictures depict with photos taken on 0.5 resolution.
On a busy road with dozens, if not hundreds of street dogs that can be intimidating for some. Unfortunately, they regularly howl at night and disturb sleep.
Walls of each room are very thin and all noises, TV, talking, toilet, sex, nose blowing etc is clearly audible at a⁹ll times. This was terrible.
Beds are very hard but reception can arrange mattress toppers to make more comfortable
No kettle in room, but a microwave oven without any cutlery etc?
Gym was dirty and sticky... needs a deep clean and maintenance thereafter. No air-conditioning in gym
Wifi signal isnt good. Get your own Sim card for data to save the inconvenience
The single lift servicing all rooms is painfully slow, you always must wait for it. The building doesn't have a service lift so maintenance and cleaning staff must use it all day every day. This causes delays for guests.

Nice mountain view from the west facing rooms, especially on higher floor. Deluxe rooms are on higher floors but almost identical to superior room.on floors 1 to 5. They are exact same size but different entrance doors and slightly different wardrobe layout.
Close enough to walk to bars and restaurants

My deposit of 5200 wasn't returned to me after they checked the room and told me I was going to receive it in 3 days its been over a month. If anyone has the same problem, contact me. I can provide all the chats and evidence. Be careful. Shane M, also known as ShaNe the supposed owner, wanted to fight me. It was absolutely unbelievable. we cleaned the mould in the bathroom and changed the shower head out of respect. We cleaned the room before moving out. It's not about the money it's the fact they screwed us.
