The Base: Hua Hin in Hua Hin

Had a really great stay at this establishment, highly recommend it! 👍

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Hua Hin, with several restaurants and a laundry service nearby. A special shout-out to Likha Myanmar Food House – absolutely excellent.

The property is a hybrid between a condo and a hotel, offering options for nightly or monthly rentals. While there's a bit of coming and going, the atmosphere generally remains peaceful.

Regarding the facilities:
* Nice pool with jet massage area for relaxing.
* The gym is a bit old-fashioned.
* Nearby laundry service with good quality machines.

The room is a real highlight:
* Very clean.
* Comfortable bedding.
* Small balcony with two chairs.

⚠️ Important note: Contrary to what was advertised, there was no hairdryer. This is good to know, especially for women or couples.

For the price (around €22.50 per night), the value for money is still excellent.

Great staff service, location wise is good. Love the view from my room and has a huge balcony.

This is a great hotel for the price it's just a little too far away from all the beach, action, shops etc. It does have a large pool on the roof and a little gym with exercise bikes, a couple of treadmills, an exercise machine and even some free weights. I was on the 7th floor with a large balcony and a view towards downtown Hua Hin and you can see the ocean. And the UR Yellow Bus Cafe and restaurant was just around the corner.

The room is quite clean. But the staircase is not clean. The surrounding is residential area. Within walking distance, not easy to get food.

It was nice for the budget trip. The Mountain View was fantastic.

Nice, clean condo units.. a bit far tho, will need a bike to get around, can rent bike from condo much easier to return.

Honestly the bed is so comfy and the pool is clean and right in the sun! The roof top bit gives plenty of space to relax!

Situated off the main street, in the heart of the village, yet very convenient. It's recommended to rent a motorcycle for a quick and easy commute. The area is quiet, offering a beautiful elevated view, though there is no sea view.

The room is clean with simple decor, but it does not have a microwave or hot water kettle; these amenities are shared downstairs in the hotel. The lady at the reception is very friendly, always greeting guests with a warm Thai smile.
