Asira Boutique HuaHin Hotel in Hua Hin

What a pathetic state of affairs in this hotel. Hospitality? I think they don't know the meaning of it. They are liers. Many days before checking in they confirmed on WhatsApp and email that they have plenty of vegan breakfast options and their staff can assist in preparing dishes if needed. However, after checkin they denied the same. They have only one vegan dish and denied preparing anything vegan for us.
Rooms were decent but the Aircon was outdated and was mostly cold which wasn't very comfortable. The balcony was a waste since it was not covered and wet because of the rain 90% of the times.
As far as the service is concerned, they dont pick phones and if you're in an emergency then you're on your own. I tired calling them for atleast half an hour but no one picked the phone, finally had to walk to the reception.
They provide dirty cups inside the room and I got them changed multiple times but all were dirty and there was a foul small that made me puke.
All in all, avoid this property at all costs as it's a disaster when it comes to hospitality.
