Not my first review due to some disruption to our long stay travel plans. We liked this hotel and booked 22 additional nights.
The rooms are terrific. Location also terrific. Staff and facilities, you've guessed it. Terrific, don't expect 4 or 5 star, expect good value for money in a very comfortable and friendly hotel which just happens to be in the centre of Hua Hin. Very close to night markets several 7-elevens and lots of fabulous restaurants - our favourite bring Roma by Eddie.

The room is very nice, brand new, with a bathtub and robes provided. The best thing is the infinity pool on the top floor, beautiful. The breakfast is standard, except for the Tom Kha Kai, which is the most delicious. It should be to your liking. The entrance door should be replaced with an automatic one, so you don't have to touch it. It's easy to get infected in the COVID era.

The coffee shop that opened yesterday closes tomorrow. A small shop. It feels like you're drinking coffee at home. Inside, there's a shady and peaceful atmosphere, and most importantly, the coffee is aromatic and very tempting. 👉 Khun Bou is truly meticulous at every step. Khun Bou selected Thai coffee. From home-roasted, self-roasted sources, where we really know the source of the coffee. And pay attention to each cup of coffee. It's truly charming. Mr. Bou also said that coffee can be compared to friends. How we introduce our friends to people like us! 📸 Lots of beautiful and chic photo spots from the very entrance. 📍 Location: Soi 55, turn left. Next to the Hisea Hotel. Nice Hotel, nearby the beach.
Airco is working but what a noise and the unit is on the balcony.
Room is really big and beds are super! there is some street noise now and then.

Great Central location, staff are all really friendly and helpful.
The rooms and the entire hotel are really clean and the beds comfortable although a tad hard for me but still slept well. The breakfast is really nice, everything cooked well and great service. The infinity pool is on the 7th floor so great views and super clean and then there is a sky bar above that with seating and sun loungers for the dedicated sun worshipers!
The location is central so 5 minutes walk to the night market and a 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Overall I would give this a 9.9 and the only negative thing I could say is being in a room on the east side of the hotel is a bit noisy in the morning as there is a school next door but we are early risers so it didn't bother us. If you like to sleep in then please ask to be located on the other side of the hotel.

We do not recommend this hotel to any holiday makers after having experienced all the negativity at this place.
We booked the hotel half a year ago for seven nights, mainly relying on google and booking.com reviews.
We thought that getting special rates at Booking.com/ Agoda.com ( being one company now), would be due to our early booking and long stay! Its wrong! It seems to be, if you book rooms with these websites, you'll get something very bad. Be aware, if they advertise in red letters " these are the last two rooms at this price", do not be fooled, as these rooms are bad! Just be warned!
Our room description at our booking states "city views ". In reality this room is located withing 30 m from a noisy busy 6 stories Thai school, with all playgrounds just nearby our small balcony. At around 8.00am the yelling, screaming, music, loud speakers, drums etc starts, guaranteed, this will wake you up- no alarm clock required! And it will be in your room all day, until the school is finished. Would you like to have this for 7 nights of your holidays? Not us.
Another important issue- no hot water!
The shower is just lukewarm. So we addressed this issue to the reception.
The answer was " it's like this around Thailand" . It is Not True! We just had 7 nights in Phuket, 7 nights in Krabi and 7 nights in Koh Samui before arrivingto Huahin. And everywhere our shower was hot and very hot with no problems.
Just for this kind of misinformation we recommend minimum stars rating to this hotel.
And another problem we are facing right now. After deciding to leave this place 2 nights earlier due to all inconveniences , the hotel is refusing to reimburs us , telling us to deal with Booking.com. We did contacted the booking.com and received the clear message, that "this booking is Pay at property status", therefore the hotel should handle all monetary matters.
Frustrating. It suppose to be our annual holidays.
Please be alert and do not trust those "fake" positive and rosy reviews on the internet.

Not sure why the bad reviews. While this facility may not have the most decorations in the hall ways or rooms, it is clean, modern, and the mattresses are soft. Most importantly the staff is AMAZING. This experience I’m about to share is entirely my fault, but the staff made it all better.
My wife had initially booked the room , and as soon as we arrived we decided to stay another day, this time with me booking it. Unfortunately I picked the wrong dates and accidentally booked a second room for the same day. The staff had sent me an email through Agoda explaining the problem but I thought it was spam and did not respond. The next morning, about 5 min before check out, they called the room while we were still sleeping and explained the problem. They said don’t worry about packing just come down to the desk and they can help me sort it out. After trying to use the app to change the date, the manager called and told them not to worry about it and just let us stay another night. Amazing on so many levels.
Thank you for letting me sleep in as I was up until 0400 dealing with work back home, and thank you for your understanding and letting us stay another day. The customer service has been amazing whether it was house keeping, the front desk or the pool attendant. Would absolutely recommend this place.

The hotel is good for its price and the staff very polite and hardworking.
In these times however, the lack of inside amenities to cope with restrictions lags it behind other options in the pricerange.

Very clean hotel with good size rooms. The pool is a little small and the rooftop bar is currently closed. But enjoyed our short stay. Very close the Hua Hin night market, which has a great selection of very tasty seafood. Would stay here again..

Very good hotel. From reception, to facilities. All looks new. Big rooms. Pool is on the roof. You can see the sea while having a drink or food from the bar. Excellent
