G Hua Hin Resort & Mall in Hua Hin

In every visit in Hua hin i stay at this hotel. The hotel location is in walking distance from 2 big malls: Market village and BluPort and many restaurants and massage places. The beach is 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel is near the main road where you can use the public transportation for 10-20 baht per ride... The rooms are big, Shower have strong hot water, bed is big and comfort and there is a big balcony with 2 sun beds and view to the swimming pool... Breakfast is fresh and tasty with big selection.

Wonderful family run hotel who really care for their guests. The staff are very focused on making your stay everything that it should be.

The modern well equipped rooms are excellent. The standard room is perfect but upgrading to a pool side room gives you walk out access to the pool, a private deck area and your own mini spa. Clever use of height maintains privacy for these rooms. The prime rooms however are the suites with your own jacuzzi on the balcony allowing you to have a bubble bath whilst watching the stars.

The buffet breakfast is excellent offering a wide range of choices, some of the best cooked bacon in Thailand and a superb fresh fruit selection, in particular the must try pineapple.

Local amenities are near by with a mall and the beach less than 5 minutes walk away. The hotel also has a well appointed gym and 40 metre pool which is great for exercising or just relaxing by the pool side bar.

The hotel team can also advise on cultural trips such as cooking courses and where to taste the local wines or sporting if you love your golf.

If you are not a fan of the big chain hotels and want to be considered as an individual then this is the hotel for you.

This was the second time we have been at your hotel. First stay was really good and the reason we came back. This time, the breakfast menu was empty a half hour before it ended almost every day and most days most of the food was cold and even the coffee was empty. We had to ask the staff to fill the coffee, fruit, eggs and food several times. That was really disappointing.

The WiFi internet is not very good

The staff itself is very nice and especially A and an always smiling trainee at the breakfast was fantastic.

The location on Soi 94 is really good but the beach is pretty dirty.

Overall a good hotel but needs to work on the breakfast.

This is the fifth time I’ve stayed at the G and the standard remains high, providing great value for money.
Location, rooms and all facilities are very good but the best thing about the hotel is the people. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and go out of the way to make you welcome. This is particularly true with the front of house staff, where Mammy and her team are like long lost friends.

I had a wonderful stay at G Hua Hin Hotel for 2 nights! The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel relaxed and well taken care of throughout my trip. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Market Village and a nearby shopping mall. Plus, there are 24-hour options like McDonald's and Burger King, along with several affordable massage shops in the area.

The customer service was outstanding, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

This hotel feels so homey! I stayed for 1 week and truly enjoyed my time here. It’s a friendly hotel, especially for golfers. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was warmly welcomed by the staff.

They also have a shuttle bus to the night market every Friday and Saturday at 6 PM you can check the timetable at the front desk. Khun A, the driver, is super nice and will take good care of you. Cicada Market is my favorite - don’t miss it!

All the staff are so polite, well-trained, and always smiling. I love how they greet guests by name, such a nice touch! You can really feel their warm hospitality everywhere.

The hotel isn’t far from the beach, but honestly I was happy just relaxing in my room. They do turn-down service every day, which is great. And if you need anything, Khun Mam will always make sure you’re well taken care of.

Overall, I had a really pleasant stay, warm, friendly, and full of care. Definitely recommend!

The location is pretty good, very close to the mall, and there are many massage places nearby. The breakfast is also decent; everything was quite good overall. The only thing was that the cobwebs in the bathroom weren't removed, but I didn't bother to complain. When you're traveling, you just learn to make do. 😄

The hotel has a good location with

Save yourself the nightmare. Most staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful—especially reception, who refused basic assistance. They **charged for EVERYTHING**, even an extra pillow! When we requested separated beds (which was indicated when booking) a housekeeper yelled at us to 'get out of the room for 10 minutes’ so she could split the bed alone in the room. The sole exception was the kind bellboy who handled our bags. Worst of all? We left EarPods in the room safe. Instead of notifying us promptly, they demanded **2000 THB (≈$55 USD) to ship them to Bangkok** hours later, holding our property hostage. Avoid this exploitative hotel at all costs
