I really liked this condo. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is very spacious and cozy. Really good sized room which matters if you’re staying a while. Unintrusive staff. Gym is well-equipped but it’s getting a bit tired as cooled by fans rather than a/c. Well-located for food places and although not far from the beach and shopping centre there is a major road to cross. Overall a great base and excellent value for money.

Spacious, large windows. No noise from the street, only people in the hotel disturbing the peace, dragging chairs and tables across the floor. Don't do that. The bed looks tempting, but in fact it is hard. Every time I was surprised how hard it is. But it is reliable and does not creak under any circumstances.

This is the 4th time i have stayed at The Precious in 2 years. Every time is the same. Amazing friendly staff, big clean rooms, good location for me with 7/11, restaurants, bars and laundry near the hotel. I 100% recommend you stay here and i will be staying next time im here.

We stayed at this hotel for two days. In principle, the hotel is good for this money, but there is one main drawback, the hotel is located on a busy road, and it is very noisy. Yes, there were also a lot of mosquitoes.

The cleanliness and location made it a great bargain. There were restaurants, convenience stores, bars, legitimate massage places, and the beach extremely close. The train station was about 1 km away. I would stay here again if I return.

Beautiful accommodation with complete amenities. Good service, with a walkway to a less crowded beach and a large swimming pool. Close to shopping malls and convenience stores, and you can cook your own meals. Ideal for a family vacation.

I only stopped in because it was the only place I'd seen with people in it, its low season, I get it. I only had the omelet, juice and a expresso, it was excellent, glad I stopped.

It's a pity that the shower room wasn't renovated. The water wasn't hot, so I had to shower with cold water. The hotel is old, but the room is spacious and the pillows aren't comfortable to sleep on. I stayed in room 104.

Both beaches are a bit far - we usually went to the left, the sand is nicer and whiter there. There is also a fish market at the foot of the mountain. The green minibus (songthaew) starts there. We took it a couple of times after the sea for 15 baht to Bluport and Village Market. Excursions are opposite the hotel, we didn't take them. We just walked around the temples in the area. The room is good small but full function i like the most is they have coway (water filter) in room you can choose cold, hot or temperature room water and drink as much as you like.

Stayed during the off-season at an incredibly low price, and this room type was super comfortable 😌. Pulling back the curtains revealed a sea view, and the rippling reflections from the upstairs pool were absolutely stunning. This is an eight story condo building with small gym and swimming pool. The building itself is good but a little worn. There’s car parking and covered motorcycle parking. There is a small coin laundry area and a water refill station. The property has 24/7 security that were friendly. My room was #449 (8th fl.) which was a good size for solo but I think it would be cramped for two.the balcony was tiny...

The workers were super nice but the middle men who rented the place were less so. A lot of things were promised but after the contract was signed they didn't uphold many of them, things like internet and sheets as an example. Rooms also had some breathing issues. Facilities were nice.

From the second day after arriving at the condominium to the day before leaving, I couldn't even go near the swimming pool due to severe body aches and colds. Stayed for all of April 2025 in one of the rentals. I was in the gym daily. It does the job for a quick workout. One of the treadmils was down and they have 2 a/c units in there. They work alright. Very cute little hotel located in a great spot in Hua Hin. Close to the beach, a night market, and many other shops and restaurants. Only a short walk away from the bus station back to Bangkok. Courteous staff, and clean. Furniture and some maintenance could be improved.

Centrally located hotel with basic amenities. Good location. Only downside is the design of bathrooms and toilet which open up into the room as there isn't a solid wall separating the two.

Near train station, near night market and about 200m to the Hua Hin beach. We did get the room with they call sea view, but we cannot see the sea from our room. The room is big and clean. Stuff member is polite and help some. The wifi in the room was very bad, I guess bad signal far. Recommend places to eat is around night market

Its close to everything. The beach is about 300m the hua hin walking street about 200m train station 150m night markets 200m. Its got a nice pool the staff were friendly and the rooms are great. This is one of the best hotels that we've ever stayed here in Thailand. A hidden gem in a quiet area that's perfect for families and anyone else. Rooms are massive, bed is soooo comfortable, food is healthy, excellent, including the breakfast, the views are breathtaking, especially from the top deck.

I had such a wonderful stay at Dune! The room was very spacious and cozy, with a large bathtub that made my stay extra relaxing. Most of the guests at this hotel are on long lets, which means the rooms available are limited, but the rooms are adequate and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is on the edge, meaning just far away from the main entertainment areas of soi 94 making it extremely peaceful. Great views fron the rooms at the front overlooking the distant mountains.

The condo was cleans and comfortable and is in a very nice building with a huge swimming pool and the gym. Location is also good close to two shopping centers and some bars and restaurants. I will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful two weeks. The apartment is pleasant and comfortable. The owner was always available, responded quickly, and resolved all issues. The complex grounds are beautiful and green, with a swimming pool. We'd be happy to return.

Right on walking street so possible can here music till 1am in your room, bars and tattoo shops around hotel, has small convenience shop in front corner of hotel where can buy cheap alcohol and people watch from few tables on the hotel street frontage without the higher prices in bars. Rooms serviced every 2nd day, clean, shower on 5th floor takes a while for hot water but adequate

It is located right on the main street Walking Street, very noisy, impossible to sleep. The bed and pillows are not comfortable for sleeping. The sea is 7 minutes away. If you are going to hang out in Hua Hin, then the location is good, but if you are going to relax with your family, be prepared not to sleep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Golf Villa Hotel. All the staff are genuinely friendly. One lady in particular was cheerful and always smiling, which sets the tone straight away.
