Where to stay in Hua Hin

Not my first review due to some disruption to our long stay travel plans. We liked this hotel and booked 22 additional nights. The rooms are terrific. Location also terrific. Staff and facilities, you've guessed it. Terrific, don't expect 4 or 5 star, expect good value for money in a very comfortable and friendly hotel which just happens to be in the centre of Hua Hin. Nice Hotel, nearby the beach. Airco is working but what a noise and the unit is on the balcony. Room is really big and beds are super! there is some street noise now and then.

The hotel is good for its price and the staff very polite and hardworking. In these times however, the lack of inside amenities to cope with restrictions lags it behind other options in the pricerange.

The coffee shop that opened yesterday closes tomorrow. A small shop. It feels like you're drinking coffee at home. Although it's located right next to the main road, it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread is excellent, and they offer a free shuttle service, making it very convenient for getting around. Taxis are also readily available. It offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering!

B2 was clean, tidy, staff were great. Hotel Is nice with convenient location. Downside to me is that mattress was like a rock, lack of storage space,  they give tiny little bottles for shower gel, no tissues and everything is white, lacks character - but all in all a great stay.

It is quite below average compared to other B2 Premier hotels in other provinces in Thailand. The room size is acceptable; however, there was an odor in the room, and there were no bathrobes or slippers provided. For the price I paid, I would consider staying at another hotel next time.

The Hotel has a Boutique feeling with super friendly staff, quiet and never too busy. The location is a bit remote from downtown but easy to reach and the monkey mountain next door is a special natural spot away from the crowds and noise.

It is a place to stay with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are overall good, the rooms are clean, but deduct points for the breakfast that is not diverse. If you are going to stay, I recommend staying only, without breakfast.

Wife and I stayed at the Baan Sandao for 4 nights. This is a good place to stay. Had a 2 bedroom unit. Place was clean with 2 smart TV's. Thipurai City Hotel is near the Hua Hin Beach and easily to arrive by walking. Also around the area are many bars and markets. The hotel is really quiet and clean. The bed's are comfortable and nice for resting. Also a pool can be used in the hotel. The train and minibus station can be arrived fast by walk. I was charged 600bht on arrival for my two kids for two nights, on my search i had only specified 2 adults so it was well within their right however I'd booked a big room and breakfast wasn't included so I was surprised for being charged. At first, we were put in a very dirty room on the 6th floor, a yellow room. It was disgusting and awful. It hadn't been renovated for a long time. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom, it was poorly cleaned, there were some marks everywhere. When we turned on the hot water tap to take a shower, there was none. Location is literally beach front. 5 star for that. Our room is on the 2nd floor of wooden house by the beach. Literally sea views from the room windows. The only drawback was we got 2 calls from the reception to walk very gently as 1st floor guests was complaining about loud foot steps. Basically, we had to tip toe to move around the room. We were also charged additionally 400 baht for our 12 years...

Absolutely budget travel option. Don't go if you need any degree of luxury. I was compelled as I had to spend a night since I started my drive late from BKK to Koh Samui. Else staff was nice and friendly and helpful. They had basics but no food. Considering the central location, that's hardly a cause for concern. Everything is available within a stone throws distance.

Nice break from the oversized resorts. I liked that it had character and a boutique hotel vibe. Our villa was very spacious and comfortable and the location right on the beach was great. A little worn around the edges but for the price we were very happy with it. Even though it does not have the big resort kid attractions I still found it family friendly. I would stay here again.

I stayed here with my husband and two children aged 21 and 24 for a week. We loved it. A very relaxed vibe, direct access to beach, quiet and yet close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely. I would most definitely recommend it to my friends but not those who might prefer a large resort vibe. This place is a gem and would be wasted on them!!

The hotel is small but has everything you need, and the greenery is beautiful. The room was simple and clean. Unfortunately, we were on the second floor and there's no elevator, which was a bit difficult for us seniors with mobility issues. Luckily, there's a small alley right next to it that leads to the beach, and a large shopping mall directly opposite, making dining and shopping very convenient

The resort is a taxi ride from the beach, but the resort provides a 1 way shuttle at 3pm. Taxi is about $6AUD.  The staff were great, super nice and helpful. The room was massive, modern and clean.  I would recommend it to anyone who is ok with the short drive from the beach/town and likes a peaceful spot.

Honestly speaking, the location is not as convenient as those along the beach but it is not difficult to get a car to get there on Bolt or Grab. My Thai wife and I stayed in Fresh Inn Hotel for 5 nights. Immaculately kept hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Located near a beach (5 mins walk) and although close to lively entertainment area our room was surpringly quiet during the evening and at night. We thoroughly enjoyed Hua Hin and will be booking at this hotel again!
