We have stayed at The Precious two years in a row now, for multiple months each time. Having secured the same room each year, we've found the rooms to be very spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is plenty of room in the wardrobe for clothes and storage, a full size couch, a king size bed, and a full size refrigerator. There's even a counter and a sink on the balcony. The management and staff have always been tremendously helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is just far enough out of the way that you're not in the hustle and bustle of the main road in Hua Hin, but within an easy walk of all the restaurants and groceries you'll need during your stay and the Market Village Mall, where we spend time each day. We love The Precious and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hua Hin. It's a tremendous value for your money.

I really liked this condo. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is very spacious and cozy. The room has a desk and a chair, which is very convenient for people working remotely.
On the first floor there is a laundry room. I also liked the pool, the water warms up perfectly there. There is a 7/11 near the condo, and it is about a 20-minute walk to the tops supermarket. The only thing I would like to improve in this room is the presence of a dryer on the balcony and a brighter lamp. Otherwise, I really liked everything, I will definitely come back again. Thank you :)

We love staff help on very late night check-in (11pm). Fine swimming pool area but not the best for little kid. Great food around the hotel. Fine choice

Really good sized room which matters if you’re staying a while. Unintrusive staff. Gym is well-equipped but it’s getting a bit tired as cooled by fans rather than a/c. Well-located for food places and although not far from the beach and shopping centre there is a major road to cross. Overall a great base and excellent value for money.

Spacious, large windows. No noise from the street, only people in the hotel disturbing the peace, dragging chairs and tables across the floor. Don't do that.
The bed looks tempting, but in fact it is hard. Every time I was surprised how hard it is. But it is reliable and does not creak under any circumstances.

This is the 4th time i have stayed at The Precious in 2 years. Every time is the same. Amazing friendly staff, big clean rooms, good location for me with 7/11, restaurants, bars and laundry near the hotel.
I 100% recommend you stay here and i will be staying next time im here.

The location is good, but the room is more like a dormitory than a hotel. And the room is not soundproof. When the next room talks, the sound is quite loud and can be heard all night.

But I would like to criticize the matter. At the hotel check-in counter, it must be between 7:00 - 17:00 only, not very convenient.
And the worst thing is the light in the hallway in front of the room. I left the room at 5:30, the light was very dark, not a single bulb was turned on. I don't know if I'm saving electricity or forgetting to turn it on. Please improve the lighting as well. I give the facilities 1 star because they are dark.
