Stayed here for 3 nights. Short walk from the Train Station and close to the beach, shops and restaurants, night market etc. Quiet location. Owners are kind and friendly and helped me with my onward journey and information in the area. Breakfast is provided and plenty to eat and drink. Tea coffee + toast, bananas, cakes, fresh donuts, steamed buns. Room is huge and well furnished, TV, fridge, wifi and I enjoyed my stay here.

I liked this place. The staff was very kind, they even brought a complimentary sandwiches to our room in the morning. The room was spacious and clean.

Absolutely perfect stay. I couldn’t recommend this resort or the town Prachuap Khiri Khan enough. If you’re traveling to or from the islands, this is a phenomenal place to stop for a couple of nights.
The resort is very clean, comfy beds, strong air-conditioning, Wi-Fi strong enough to work online. The location is perfect only three blocks to the beach and two blocks to the closest market (there are many). The free breakfast and bicycles made our stay exceptional.
Highly recommend. We will definitely return.

Lovely hotel tucked away behind the Main Street, 1 street away from Prachaup Khiri khan train station. The rooms are bungalow style, with a large room, aircon & a fridge. There is a little terrace seating area outside your room. The lady is very welcoming, she speaks good English, and we got a gift of bananas & cakes. Room very clean. Bathroom & shower was hot. Lots of street foods stall very close by. The beach is about a 10 minute walk, and if you walk along the front of the right, there are lots of restaurants & cafes on the front. We would definitely return. Many Thanks

Lovely, centrally located resort. Rooms were spotless and well furnished, although the beds were on the hard side. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with the added bonus of a free breakfast each morning. Walking distance to everything in PKK, however the hotel have scooters to hire at a very reasonable price if you want to explore further afield.

Excellent find. We pulled up in our car and asked if they had any space. It's structured more like a motel, but rooms are excellent, spacious and well maintained. Service was very friendly. Location is good, in between the temple in the hill, the railway station, and the pier. Therefore food options are great because it is also walking distance to the night food market by the pier and the main market by the railway station.

Very UNPLEASANT Managers. No coffee/tea making in Room. DIRTY shared food area. Not near to the Beach. Noisy cars outside your room all day and night..
The Old man and Old woman that manage the place are creepy, they stare at everyone from their balcony it's a bit unpleasant having someone peeping at every move you make, my wife felt uncomfortable with the old man picking at himself and watching her if she moved out of the room..
All in all NOT a great place to stay.. We left and found a great hotel, just down form the Railway, only 550 Baht a night with AC and Coffee in the room and a lovely cafe on the ground floor, with great coffee. 250 Baht less than Baan Por Pla Resort and so, so much nicer..

The old couple that that run this place are typical family run. Treat their staff like trash and their guests like an inconvenience smell that make them their money..
They treat their dog that wanders around aimlessly better than their staff and that's saying a lot..
No coffee in room but rather community coffee and bread outside in the elements. In the morning I see rodents/squirrels jumping around the food areas.. not hygienic.
The place is like a Motel so cars will park outside your room. In the late night and early mornings, 6am, it's not unusual to have 8 guests outside your door shouting to each other. The host doesn't care a tot..
You can easily find a hotel in the area 2 to 3 hundred baht cheaper.. MY ADVICE book them.

We had a very nice staying at baan por pla . The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. In the morning we got some tasty sandwiches and coffee. The hosts also offered us some bikes for free so we could drive to the beach. The staying is also very close to the temple with the monkeys.
