I'm only giving the facilities 2.5 stars because it's a Novotel, and the water kept going from hot to cold in the shower. The hairdryer was also a nightmare to use, you had to hold the button down with a lot of force, which was really annoying when trying to dry my hair. The room was quite compact and a bit small.

The Location: This is a major selling point. The hotel is perfectly situated—just steps away from vibrant food markets and massage shops. Having everything within walking distance made my stay incredibly easy and enjoyable.

This is a really nice hotel, not too far from Koh Samet. It was only 55 RMB by Alipay taxi, so quite close. The hotel environment is also great, very clean. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, central to everything, including convenience stores, restaurants and massages. The room and bathroom were both neat and clean. Room also consists of a small kitchen area with convenience appliances. Will definitely stay here again, recommended.
