Despite the old feel and look of this hotel and the room itself, this hotel is still worth staying for as the room is spacious and clean with all the basic necessities and the staff are friendly. The hotel is not located at the main road so it is quite quite yet still safe to walk around to buy drinks or tidbits

I really liked it. It's close to the university, easy to find food, the rooms are clean, and there's parking for guests.

The room smells musty. When I checked in, the staff said they did not receive the booking information. I had to stand and wait for a long time. It is in an alley. I am staying monthly. There are shoes all over the front of the room. The refrigerator for storing food is rusty. The towels are old. There are dust eaters on the ceiling.

It is a clean and good place to stay. The entrance to the hotel looks a bit dark, so you might get lost. The service was not good for this stay. Other things were very good.

The receptionist is kind. The room is clean and tidy. However, the room is not soundproof. There is noise from people in the next room. The Wi-Fi signal is not strong. If you don't care about the environment, this hotel is another recommended hotel and suitable for relaxation. :)

The staff were lovely and provided excellent service, I was very impressed! The breakfast was delicious. The room might be a bit small for two people, but it's perfect for one. All the amenities are provided, and it's easy to get around. Since the floor and furniture are made of wood, it can be a bit noisy at times, but it's acceptable.

The room is compact yet stylish, giving off boutique hotel vibes. Very cozy and well-designed. The staff were all lovely and the service was great throughout my stay. Only downside was finding an empty packet of someone else’s face cleanser left behind in the shower 😬 but other than that, everything else was spot on.

We came here for Songkhla Marathon, there are reasons and impressions we think we will stay here again next year or whenever come to Songkhla.

Great stay at Alfahad Hotel Hat Yai! The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed during Songkran Festival, and it was such a fun experience—easy to go out and enjoy the water celebrations nearby, then come back and relax at the hotel. Good value for money overall. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Muslim motel where the staff were 10 out of 10 friendly and professional will definitely stay again. The price should be cheaper though if I 20 to 25%.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The previous was before the big flood.. Satisfied with the rooms, staff, and their food.. Only one thing that the management need to serious take into consideration is PLEASE VACUMN THE ROOM CARPET I dun see the VACUMN machine when your staff doing house keeping.. The room is very dusty.. I stayed there for Chinese New Year this year, and the location was really good. There were two 7-11s nearby and a few nice and famous Chinese noodle restaurants.

It’s quite a distance from Hatyai town. Walking is almost impossible. Places of interest can only be accessed by Grab or Tuktuk. Not much of shops around. The room is not big and no table if we would like to dine.

The geographical environment is good, but the water from the bathroom tap is very weak and has a slightly salty taste. There is also no kettle in the room to boil water, so I had to go to the counter and ask the front desk staff to help fill hot water. We were looking for a quiet hotel near the airport. The hotel itself was decent; it had a nice pool and a spacious lobby. The staff were friendly. However, we weren't shown to our room, which is quite unusual for Thailand. Furthermore, it was extremely noisy. We had cars driving by and a dog barking right outside our window.

The accommodation was clean and the room was spacious. Parking was super convenient, right by our room. It was also very affordable and ideally located close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. The place was quiet with no traffic noise, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

We thought of staying here for only 2 nights but the place is beautiful, we decided to extend more nights here. Very cheap price, accommodation near PTT gas station, there is a 7-11, the room is spacious, the bed is soft, the air conditioner is cool, there is a balcony and a table to sit and eat. The room is a house, it is a single house, very private.

It's a very good hotel. Shops, restaurants, everything is complete, no need to travel far. Opposite the hotel is a chill-out shop, I'm not sure. It's very noisy. Plus, I don't know how many people are staying in the room next door. The conversation is very loud since early morning because the room is not soundproof. I can hear everything. There are plenty reserved car space in front of hotel building, without parking fee. Housekeeping very friendly, even we not asking for house clean, they change clean towel and free water bottle to us. Location is very near to market and train station. Ie Kim Yong Market and Central Festival Mall. Would recommend this place if you need a staycation that is away from the City.

This hotel caters for Thai peoole and is great value for them. Unfortunately we as foreighners found a lot of small irratating things and tbe hotel is not really tourist friendly.

Second time staying here, because the stay has a pool that is best for kids.. it is also best for adults, you know.. I highly recommend here, but the toilet in the room is not very comfortable because the bath is always stagnant.

The room is quite comfortable. It's just the air conditioner is old and outdated and you're not just unable to adjust the temperature, but even worse you can't turn it off. Just a reminder that there is no hose pipe in the lobby toilet. So, yeah.. Just settle it down before exiting your room.

This is a simple hotel, but also very aged. Fortunately the rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Just hope the owner(s) would make some effort to upgrade the place as it is definitely built on a very strategic location.
