The facility is quite old, found cobwebs in the room. First assigned a room with broken lock, then room with cobwebs. Aircond unit is faulty. Bidet also broken. Shower water pressure is low. No hair dryer too. The whole hotel is stuffy. Only advantage is parking spaces available.

No breakfast and no cafe, No Tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Wi-Fi so bad. Safety not really good coz no access key card for the room. Cleanliness ok. Parking area ok. 7Eleven and self service laundry (50meter) from hotel, unfortunately .no Muslim food restaurant nearby.

Very convenient. The booking did not include breakfast, but the hotel provided free food, sandwiches of your choice. There is a cafe under the bank building next to the hotel. It is located on the main road, making it very convenient to travel. However, the room was a bit small and not worth the price per night.

Centrally located on high ground safe from flooding

The room is very beautiful, minimal style, a little Japanese mood. Gives a pine forest mood as the hotel's name because the rooms are decorated with pine wood. Looks simple and comfortable.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean and tidy. There is a water refiller at the ground floor which is very useful before leaving the hotel on a hot sunny day. Shower however is very very slow.

Good budget hotel in a good location. It's only 5 minutes walk from the train station and on the main street. The room was clean. It had free wfif (it did drop out for 20 mins or so). The room has a small fridge. The shower worked fine and the bed was comfortable. There's a flat screen TV I never used it though.

The hotel deserves a 7-star rating. Yes, it's shabby and old, but the rooms are large and cozy, with plenty of light and a beautiful view from the window. There are ants, some of the sockets don't work, and it's easy to hit your head on the low ceiling while showering. The area is quiet, and the city center is a short walk away. It's a good value for the money, but I doubt you'd want to stay there...

Receptionist friendly & checkin early 10 minutes. The price very cheap and the furniture mostly made from wooden. Went there during hatyai flood. Luckily flood doesn't reach lobby but car park fully flooded. Hotel only provide 2 bottle of water, shampoo and soap. No house keeping was done. Registration staff wws rude an inhuman for trying chase away customer that stuck there even though they are willing to pay for extra night. They have food daily but never bother to help to arrange food for customers that stucked...

The resort is located beside the lake.Very reasonably priced.Room is clean,spacious & the bathroom is quite big.The lady operator is so friendly.Even though located beside a busy road,the place is not noisy.

The accommodation is a private room, a house, with a private parking lot inside, convenient for those who are too lazy to walk up the building. There may be some musty smells of cigarette smoke, but overall it is acceptable.

Value for your money. Good for 1-2 nights stay. If you want peace, quiet and a low budget to have a wonderful sleep around Songkhla. This the place. Friendly reception can speak Malay and English.

Had a great stay — the room was clean and comfy, and everything was nice overall. The shower water pressure was a bit up and down, and there’s no escalator, but the staff were super helpful and carried my luggage to the room. 24 hours ramen just 3 mins walk from this hotel . I don’t know who needs to hear this, but La Pause is a property that is modern and simplistic. If walking up stairs is not an issue for you, stay here. There’s 24 hours ramen right behind the building.

I book this B&B every year. It has only 7 rooms and is very quiet.

It was a bit far from the centre of Hatyai, but the room is quite spacious, and each room if their own parking space. If you're driving from Malaysia, this place is the best to stay at. Clean and spacious room.

I had a pleasant stay at V Hotel Vajira with my friends. The hotel has an authentic atmosphere, and although there is no lift, accessing the second floor was safe and not too tiring. The room was comfortable overall, but I would suggest updating the bed, as it felt a bit old and slightly loose during my stay.

Really nice hotel , spotlessly clean, large room , massive bed with awesome mattress. It even has a hob and oven in the room . Lots of bars and restaurants close by . Approx 20 mins walk to the beach or too the old town so perfect location.

Good place to stay, with breakfast included. Rooms were great especially the TV where you can log into your Netflix & YouTube account instead of just watching the local TV channels (Extra points for that). Staffs were very friendly & helpful.

Super comfortable hotel room for Songkla with spacious area and super clean. The room even has pantry area for light cooking and a microwave. Service is excellent including night staff, very polite and attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

There is a complete range of food, snacks, water, and a Greenway Market within a short walk. It is convenient, but the alley is narrow. There are motorcycle taxis that you can easily call for.

Reasonable price, only 690 baht for one night (check in date: 6 Jul 16). Car park right in front of room. Suitable for family. Have refrigerator, tv, hot water, free water and free toiletry. Have free coffee at thailand time 6am - 10am Walking distance to Asean Night Bazaar, Central festival hat yai, 3D magic eyes. Will come back if have time. :)

Regarding bookings, since I am using a Diamond-tier account, when I make a reservation for a guest or anyone else, it is not necessary for me to know the guest’s name at the time of booking. Worth every penny. We were even allowed to upgrade our room, which made the stay even better. The hotel provides private parking (a big plus), and everything was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely consider staying again.

Room is big but look old, and the parking lot is limited. The good thing is the hotel near to the famous breakfast dim sum and pork rice.

We booked 2rooms 2nights, 1 of ropm tv malfunction, hotel only can change room for 2nd day. WiFi not stable & phone shown unsecured network, to be alert not use for any online banking or key in personal password .

The cleanliness must be strongly improved. There have hairs found on the floor. Dust can be easily found everywhere i.e. shelves, build-in cupboard, table or even the aircon. The sagging mattress causes back pain. The aircon is making a loud noise.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The first room I was given had a bedsheet with a visible stain, which was completely unacceptable. With dirty rooms, bad air-conditioning, a stinky environment, and rude service, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Definitely would not recommend.
