We had a wonderful five days staying at the Deluxe Bungalow with a private view of a small lake, fields, far off hills, lovely sunsets and the chirping birds especially at sunset.
The property itself is wee slice of tropical paradise. The owners, Dew and Andreas clearly take great care and pride in their resort. The hospitality was superb, we especially enjoyed dining in on the occasion and sharing pleasant conversations.
Last but not least, for dog lovers, Panda the four year old resident dog was sweet and welcoming. Panda is very empathetic and loves to be near people. She often came to our balcony to enjoy sunsets with us.
We highly recommend Happiness Resort as a tranquil paradise a few minutes out of the hustle bustle of the old city.
We look forward to be able to return in the future. Khob khun ka 🙏

We very much enjoyed our 4-night stay. Doi was most helpful and kind and speaks good English. She arranged a reasonably-priced scooter rental for us, very helpful as there are no scooter rentals in the old Sukhothai town.
They have high quality filtered water on site, a game changer for the environmentally-minded compared to plastic water bottles. Thank you!

Nice little bungalows in a park-like environment, with good bathroom Area very quiet, near the Sukhothai historical park Owners (German/Thai couple are extremely friendly and helpful

Very close to the historical part of Sukhothai. You can rent a bike with them for 80 baht and explore that way. Truly enjoyed my stay there!

The Happiness Resort was very lovely. The host, Dee, was welcoming and kind. She arranged a 2am ride for us to Phitsanulok and the driver was great and super reliable! Her cooking is lovely as well. The space is beautiful with many flowers and it is very tranquil.

The cottages were clean, the property is extremely peaceful and the host is super nice and available. You can rent bicycles (80BHT/day) to visit the old city that is 15 min away

We stayed here three weeks ago.
‘Resort’ is misleading. It is 6 lovely cottages surrounded by beautiful, lush canopy of vegetation…flowering plants, trees, bushes. The cottages are lovely, immaculate. It’s warm and cozy. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed in all my years of travel. The proprietor is also so sweet and lovely. Meals are good. Panda the dog is wonderfully playful and joyful!
You can use bikes they furnish and ride to a historic national park only a few miles away.🙏

We really enjoyed this amazing guesthouse, very beautiful, comfortable, nice and clean, in a natural environment, for a very decent price. The beakfast are good.
We rented bikes on site to visit the old Sukhothaï temples which was very convenient, the center is less than 10 minutes away by bike and smooth (allow one full day to visit the whole area).

A haven of peace. Classy bungalows, great food, kind host - all very reasonably priced. We were sorry to stay only one night.
