Such a wonderful place to have a couple days to relax from the hustle and bustle of traveling. The rooms and facilities are immaculate, the staff are always happy to see you and the location is lovely and quiet.

Lovely hotel with beautiful pool beside a river. Clean and updated. Located outside the centre of Surat Thani, but near restaurants and convenience stores. Great place for a break away from busy city traffic.

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious rooms. Kind and helpful staff. Complimentary coffee machine in lobby and mini breakfast set up. Clean pool. Right next to the river. Off the beaten path just a bit so you don't have the noise of the city, but the city is only a 5 min walk away, close to amenities.

The hotel was quite nice; the environment and facilities were relatively new. Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making for a very pleasant experience. The rooms were also spacious, so the stay didn't feel cramped.

They didn't seem to know we were coming even though I booked days ahead. They were helpful though.

I liked this hotel for its good sized and clean rooms, well equipped with large desk, hot-water kettle, mini-fridge, hot-water shower, tv, and air-conditioning. It's good value; I paid 500 baht.

Staff was super nice and professional. Was an issue with bugs in the room. They moved me immediately and handled it great. So minus points because there was an issue but overall great since they handled it quickly with zero fuss.

Found a used "object" on the sink which makes an otherwise a clean room feel extremely unhygienic. Staffs are not there when we need them. No staffs can be reached. Otherwise, quite good value for the price, I guess.

This is amazing value for money. The beds are large, comfy and private while in a good location for both town centre and airport. But most of all the service is phenomenal! They are extremely helpful with anything you ask of them, the woman at reception even let me borrow her motorbike to go see the night Market! This was one of the best hostels I've been to in Thailand. The dorms are very cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and there is tea, coffee and water. The staff is absolutely lovely and they took us to the night market and showed us around. I will definitely come back and can recommend this place to everyone.

this was a stopover stay, i wouldn’t stay more than a night here. not much going on around the hostel, strange quiet energy and lack of guests. the beds were private and comfortable however the only blanket we got was a thin silky scarf thing. bathrooms okay, this place is all good for a night but i wouldn’t recommend long term. and maybe bring your own blanket

Okay for a night, weird vibe though and in strange location. They also didn’t provide blankets, only a thin layer of silk to keep us warm. But fine if you were like us stopping before the ferry to the islands.

The last reviews on hostelworld talked about bed bugs, that's definitely not a problem anymore. But the blanket smelled like men's parfum and was definitely not washed after use and had no cover on. The bathroom feels dirty. The owner on the other hand is super friendly and nice. There is a washing machine that you can use. No towels. Where to start. This is quite a unique experience. Starting with the most welcoming staff at the main hotel (check out the atrium and koi pools inside WOW) these are wooden villas with beautiful raw stone showers and super clean facilities. Good idea but bad interior design

Beautiful rice field right in front of the room and next to swimming pool. The hotel location is next to the main road very easy to get TukTuk or taxi to go to Suratthani downtown. Lots of local restaurant around the hotel or just few minutes walk to department store. No more than 10 minutes drive to go to Suratthani bus station.

The owner is very kind and attentive to her guests, a wonderful person. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Go there!

I didnt stay at this hostel, but the staff allowed me to "use" my friends bed and use the facilities for a small charge. Very pleasant and clean atmosphere.

This Hostel was so cozy and clean, I loved this :) The place is in the middle of the city and its really good. The person who organized everything in this hostel is sooo kind. I love this hostel, went there alone after night ferry from Koh Tao. I arrived at 6 am and was really tired and need to sleep, Su (the owner and receptionist) were so lovely and nice, 7 am she let me do early check in and that’s really made my day and it was so kind of her, I feel so safe and welcoming at all times. Thank you very much Sue for the stay in your Hostel! I felt super comfortable because the Hostel is super cute and has a relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed the view from the terasse on the roof and slept really good in the comfortable beds. Also Sue - the Host - is easy going and very funny and comfortable to be around. The location is amazing, and the hostel has a nice roof for hanging out and hanging out clothes, laundry too. The restaurant with the same name at the ground level is not to be missed.

Splurged for my own room and it was absolutely worth it! Gorgeous room and great bathroom. Free coffee and lots of tables in the entryway makes for a wonderfully social hostel. I arrived with the night ferry, so I stayed downstairs for a few hours until check-in. Met a few new friends and enjoyed free coffee and journaling time.

Lovely resort, peaceful and beautiful. The staff were the most useful, smiling and amazing. The rooms were clean, big, with a nice balcony overlooking a river. There is not much to see in Surat Thani but we relaxed in this beautiful place for two days before continuing our journey towards Koh Tao.

I came without any expectation and was much good than i thought. The laydies that work there are very nice. The Room with twin bed was afforable, clean and quiet.

The hotel is in a quiet street, yet very near to the main bus station to Bangkok - this is why I chose it. The price was OK, the facility is clean. The room is quite big with a cupboard where you can hang your clothes. I had a nice chat with the old receptionist - she even brought me some mango pickles to taste. They were excellent. There is no electric kettle in the room, they give you hot water around...

This place is great. The rooms are huge and well equiped. Maybe a bit old but well taken care of and clean. The service there is wonderful and I you you'll meet Kavali (I hope I spell it right) as she is the best receptionist in the world. We slept on 5th floor. Don't worry there is an elevator. And we had nice view of the city.

I recommend it. The accommodation is better quality than hotels, clean, cheap, near Central, next to Lotus, has parking, very good staff, very good bed.

When you arrive, you get greeted by your name that is written on a board. I liked it. Room was relatively clean and had airconditioning. The hotel is located nearby the bus station, so you walk from the bus towards this hotel in 8 minutes. The hotel is also nearby the night food market and a few bars and restaurants. A good hotel for the price.
