The hotel was a surprise I was blown away for a 3 star from pulling up in the taxi to the last minute of our stay. The hotel was spotless housekeeping everyday beds changes everyday clean towels and bathmats everyday. Rooms were vasic but clean and comfortable ,shower was fantastic also a nice deep bath. We were on the ground floor room 117 close to everything but how the hotel is set out you are close to everything but far enough for peace and quiet. Staff were mostly excellent all apart from one bar staff who expected a tip everything he served you. Food was I would say above all inclusive ,plenty of choice fresh fruit always available and plenty of choices and even food allergies were catered for. Animators were fantastic never stopped and were always friendly but not pushy . Fantastic spa and great value for money.Pool area was immaculate plenty of sunbeds all clean and good condition. Quieter pool and indoor pooll aswell. Overall an excellent holiday would return there no problem,the island itself is lovely ,we had been to Tunisia and had a terrible time but Djerba is a world away, no pushy sellers prices on items but still a good haggle can be had Well worth a look if you want a great holiday. Came back truly refreshed and happy 2 weeks was not long enough. Thanks to all the staff from management to gardeners for a fantastic time we will be back

Don't go to this hotel, the service and the atmosphere are terrible, your tablecloths are taken away at 9pm after dinner while you're having a drink, the waiter makes you lift your glass so he can take it out right at 9pm, the staff is frowning, the room cleaning is beyond criticism, the people are frowning, cold, it's terrible, they make you pay for your water in the all inclusive...

Honestly, our visit to the Venice Beach Club in Djerba was absolutely brilliant. The animation staff were unreal, they were great, engaging with everybody. The food can get a bit samey, but it was alright. I would suggest to them that maybe serving the beer in larger glasses, because it's like serving beer and spirits in tumblers, like you get when you're two years old. So that's probably all the criticism I have. Other than that, 100% definitely stay there again. And really would recommend to others.

Wow!!! What a fantastic hotel. From start to finish we had an amazing 7 nights. The hotel check in was easy and quick especially arriving early we still managed to get to our room before official check in time. A very spacious room boasting a Tunisian feel. 4 beds, plenty of towels, a very large bathroom and an amazing balcony. (Room 248) The hotel grounds are wonderful, lots of sunbeds and plenty of seating around technically 3 pools with the most wonderful lifeguard Housni. Housni was always stood around us making sure we are ok and having bit of a laugh with us, such a friendly chap who clearly loves his job. For me the animation team were the highlight of our holiday Jean and the group were so amazed we were English and spent a lot of the time with us. Tiguan is incredible, he absolutely loved the fact 2 of us were professional wrestlers and constantly mimicking WWE characters. I go on a lot of holidays and I can honestly say this is one of the best animation groups we have seen. The spa is incredible and very affordable and definitely worth doing. I’m guessing if I have to have 1 small negative-,it’s probably the All inclusive part, food is fairly repetitive especially at breakfast and lunch. The inclusive drinks menu again is fairly poor, it’s either soft drinks, beer or weak cocktails. Would have loved a whiskey and Coke or gin and tonic but didn’t really want to pay. All in all, i recommend this hotel highly. You certainly won’t be too disappointed it’s a hidden gem for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did not expect much after reading the reviews but I was nicely surprised. The hotel is clean and cosy with a great pool, space room which was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly especially to kids. The beach is 5min walk, the sea was warm and with clear water most of the time. I was also satisfied with the food. So cannot complain at all because it exceeded my expectations a lot and I recommend it.

My mom’s money was stolen from her bag (150 EUR). Happened when they were on a full-day trip im the desert, very convenient. Don’t leave your money in the room and use the safe at all times.

Tbh I didn’t like caramel much he was kinda rude with the staff. The animation team was amazing, much love for them💕 The hotel overall was amazing, the rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The food was on point too. Recommend💕

Average hotel. Some equipment needs to be replaced. The service was fine. The noise from the nearby disco at night bothered me. It was not possible to sleep with the window open. You don't want that on vacation.
