Nice. Rooms need attention to showers, but rooms very nice. Ladys cleaner works perfectly. Cinema good. Food amazing not forgetting take what you ca. Eating!!! Love ❤️

**Wonderful Hotel – Deserves 4 Stars!**

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beach was absolutely perfect. The food offered a great variety, and the quality was excellent—definitely a highlight of my stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist guests. The National Day celebration was a wonderful touch and added to the great experience.

A few areas could use improvement: The animation team was good but could offer more engaging activities. Additionally, the night show included content that wasn’t suitable for the audience—most spectators were families with kids, and the mimicry (LGPT-related) felt like a poor choice for the setting.

Despite these minor issues, this hotel is truly underrated at 3 stars. With its excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities, it deserves a solid **4-star rating**. I would happily return and recommend it to others!

Exceptionally clean and pleasant hotel. The staff are constantly cleaning, and it really shows—it deserves recognition. Very friendly personnel who greet you with a smile every day. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful, clean beach where you can see a family of camels and some very well-groomed, beautiful horses. Honestly, I’ve never seen such well-kept and stunning horses on a beach!

In addition, there’s a pool and plenty of activities for both children and adults. I had a really nice time there, and the hotel would be perfect if it weren’t for three things:
1. The hotel offers virtually nothing for people who don’t drink alcohol but are on an all-inclusive package. You’re limited to drinks from a dispenser, water with syrup, and coffee. It’s a shame—there are so many non-alcoholic cocktails and drinks that could be offered… but instead, I was stuck with water, cola, and artificial juice for the entire stay.
2. A charge for beach towels… this felt like a joke. I needed one towel for one day and was told I had to pay for two towels for the whole stay—there was no other option. It was actually cheaper to leave the hotel and buy a towel in a shop than to rent one at the reception.
3. The food was very diverse but extremely inconsistent. Most of it was bland or honestly bad—even the Tunisian dishes lacked flavor, and the pasta was some of the worst I’ve ever had. All the cakes tasted exactly the same, and there were even instances of undercooked chicken.

Despite these drawbacks, I still had a lovely time—there’s a lot to appreciate about this place, especially the cleanliness and warm service.

A very nice place to stay. Wonderful service, very clean. I’d especially like to thank Nabil, the waiter who served us during our stay, always smiling and very helpful. We are going back there.

Nice beach, litle dirty with sea grass. Hotel is normal 3star. All-inclusive is perfect. Grilled fish for a lunch in beach restaurants. Bottle of sparkling water free for food. Nice holiday.
