However, for the price I paid, I expected more!!! The buffet was almost always the same food, which is quite difficult for those who don't particularly like French or Tunisian cuisine.
The restaurant has an outdoor seating area, and in the first few days, the staff said tables were reserved because guests were giving them tips. I inquired at reception and immediately got a table, as well as for the rest of my stay, at no cost.
The facilities, but especially the rooms, need renovations; they are very old, the doors barely close, they don't feel secure at all, and we had a broken bathroom.
Regarding the service provided by the restaurant's table service staff, it leaves much to be desired. I believe this was because I inquired at reception about the need for reservations, as I also wanted to make one. The next day we had a staff member at breakfast who refused to provide us with forks, knives, and napkins. I had to go looking for them and ask other staff members, who kept telling us to go eat outside.
The bar staff are very attentive and the beach is very nice.
