Clean hotel, friendly and welcoming staff. It's not my first time here, and it won't be my last. I highly recommend it for its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, 100%.

There were a number of issues with my room, some resolved and others not. There was no hot water upon arrival and I had to repeatedly walk all the way to reception as the telephone in the room wasn't working. After 5 complaints, they somewhat fixed the hot water issue. There was an extremely loud noise from the plumbing of the toilet. Upon misplacing my room card in their restaurant, they charged me 5 EUR for a replacement. This was unacceptable. The buffet food served was bland and tasteless. There's no customer service element in this hotel. Nobody even asks if any help is required. Probably one of the worst hotels I stayed at especially for a "5 star".

Fun and a good experience
Fun hotel. Friendly staff. Good vibes.
Nice pool area with table tennis.
Amazing beach area with beach volleyball.
Food is amazing, staff helped us with booking dinner.
Mr. Farhat offered me a shower after check out.
The staff was willing to «go the extra mile».
I can highly recommend this hotel.

Property is a bit dated and the buffet is easily overwhelmed. They quickly run out of cups and the coffee service is slow.

Room very poorly located in a draft and close to the various hotel services, so constant noise from staff trolleys.

Poor hotel for the price. Certainly not a five star hotel. Gloomy, sunless room, despite being offered and priced as a sea-view room. Better value elsewhere.

This was one of the best hotel we have enjoyed our stay w excellent, courteous n helpful staff. Very nice ocean front facility. We would love to come back n enjoy this place.
