Hotel is definitely old, food is same every day and u’re lucky if u get french fries that’s not really a french fries 🤣beach and beach activities are ok, swimming pool is very modest and needs cleaning… the only good thing here is animation team. Animation team add to the hotel stars by four… and the vicinity to visit the Sahara desert Ksar Ghilene oasis that is just amazing and u should visit. Otherwise I will miss nice staff here but not the cleanliness and cleaning ladies that clean your room only if u leave money…my room wasn’t cleaned properly probably for years… but if u wanna go here, animation team is surely adding to the hotel stars…

The hotel in général is good for a 4 star hotel, it is exactly what it should be, great food filled with culture and essence of Tunisian cuisine, service is good from cleaning to waiters and bars, especially the animation team they seem uninvested in but they make every day special
