I am not sure if it's 5 star hotel as I've never been into one, but I can say that the hotel is very pretty, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and ready to help, the food is nice and there's good variety for all the meals. I was sad to see that there is no gym inside but I had a very nice experience in the hotel.

Wonderful reception staff — they provided us with all the services we needed! The dining hall, the restaurant, great team, and the cleanliness were all as they should be. I think it’s a wonderful place.

It was a nice appartment, spacious, clean and confortable. Its a dhame the full kitchen had no accessories whatsover, so the kitchen was usless.

I can't speak to what it's like to stay here, but I feel compelled to leave a review regardless. My wife sings here several times a week and of every hotel in Tunis this place has consistently the most genuinely friendly staff. Certainly they are well-trained professionally, but the warmth is palpable and not just for show. Very much appreciate them.

Hotel is very well located, just a stone's throw from the beach. It has a private beach exclusively for guests. I would definitely come back again, and the staff were top-notch. The only minor drawback was that I booked full board, but drinks weren't included with meals. A bit strange, I thought. Very good hôtel. I visited it with my wife. We passed a very good Time. We enjoyed the beach, the service provided by the hôtel. It was a very good période. I advice people to book there.

Very good, excellent just rooms they need them new TVs they need a fridge. Internet very weak signal thank you for everything. Nice stuff or good stuff very welcome happy people love Tunisia 

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Great Seaview. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time. Food repetitive tasteless. Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). Had 10 days here with family, had a nice time, lovely clean bungalow. Was worried about poor reviews but was better than we thought, meal times were not great really, food was nice if you could get any, big queues for breakfast pastries, omelettes or pancakes then there's no limit to piling up your plate, making everyone wait even longer, the problem I thought is that there is not enough staff anywhere...

The photos don't match the hotel. The hotel was filthy, and the food wasn't anything special for a 4-star hotel. The hotel reception manager was a very kind woman, though, and she listened to our complaints. Thanks again for that.

We had booked a large double room and two single beds at the hotel. First, they gave us a very bad room with two beds. I objected, and they gave us a room on the upper floor with two beds but a balcony. It was a bad experience, nothing like the pictures.

I like the hotel and the service, but the rooms are a little dirty, but I like that it's close to the beach and the food is delicious.

It’s definitely worth the money. The experience was incredible. But the food was the same everyday. Animation team was good especially Dali we like him, he’s so good and we’ll miss him and other ones too. The shows were very good every night.

I was traveling for the dance festival. Overall the experience during the vacations was good, but there were two big problems. One in the reception. I don't know where the service was taken from, but they were not able to properly organize the room assignments, really. The animators did a really great job! They are kind, friendly people and they dance very well. It was a pleasure to spend time with them.

It is perfect for seaside vacations. In fact, it is several hotel clusters of the same group. Swimming, playing ball, fitness, and evening arts and crafts evenings, many activities. If three meals are included, you can eat anytime. Hygiene: Occasionally there will be a small cockroach crawling on the bread 🍞 in the restaurant, of course the restaurant waiter quickly pinches it to death.

Great for families with kids, and the new building is closer to the beach.

Been here just under a week staff are really lovely especially the cleaning / house keeper houda who is the loveliest lady always has a smile and dose her job to the best of her ability’s

Beautiful Hotel our cleaning lady Houda kept out room so clean and every day we got up Houda gave the bed a personal touch made with different animals ,flowers etc astonishing Food was excellent by Chef Raoudha compliments ❤️

I’ve been staying in the hotel now for a week and my cleaning lady / house keeper Houda is the loveliest lady I’ve ever met I’m in room 124 she always welcomes me with a smile and goes above and beyond to make my stay great

European resorts are all white families. It seems that every room is a family suite, with two single beds in the living room and three single beds in the bedroom, but only one bathroom and toilet. There are kitchen facilities, but no tableware or kitchenware. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, and you can eat with the wristband given when you check in.

Beautiful and elegant beachfront property, excellent buffet, friendly staff, unobtrusive entertainment, disappointing shows. We've never found our room cleaned when we returned from breakfast (at 10 a.m.). One day they forgot to clean the room, another day they forgot to refill the water and coffee, and too many times they entered our room almost unannounced. Overall, we're satisfied.
