The service was so-so, as you had to wait forever to check in, and they didn't do what they promised, like bringing something to your room. Cleanliness was okay, and the buffet was just a bit overcrowded

When we have arrived we didn't know anything about this hotel, but day after day we figured everything out. The sea is literally so close to your room that you only have to walk 3-5 minutes to reach the shore

When I had a problem, the receptionist was really helpful and together we have made sure that everything is good. If you are that kind of person who likes to go out and have fun this is your place

Why do I say this? It's because the hotel is full of opportunities for example, dance nights, cocktail bars, sailing and camel riding programs etc. Lastly, I have to say the negative side too

My only problem was the people who stayed with us too. I am not talking about my family nor the staff. I talk about other people who spend their holiday here

I would like to share my real experiences with El Mouradi. First of all, the people who work here are always smiling and willing to help you

A small negative point is that you can't have visitors come up to your room during the day. I'm not talking about overnight stays, of course, that's understandable

You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit

The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive

The Location is beautiful, with your own private beach, local shops as you come out the hotel, many locations like Medina / Mall of Sousse - are within a short taxi journey which are very cheap I must add

The employees that work here move mountains for the people that come to stay at Jaz, nothing is too much of an ask - the service is absolutely 5 star. They deserve a trophy I was actually sad to leave this amazing place

I've stayed at jaz tour khalef for the last 6 years. The staff can't do enough for you from the chamber maids to higher management. The cleanliness of this hotel if fabulous and food is out of this world

The food nice, the room clean everyday. The bar attendant are so excellent, You don't have to wait for drinks, they are there to fill your drink up. The pool area, Mr Diarra is so good at his job

Apart from the fact that they don’t provide daily water in half board accommodation and you should pay for it on meals! Every other thing is superb

Disappointing experience overall. Outdated rooms, average cleanliness and unfriendly staff. Breakfast lacked variety. The restaurant was full of smoke and strong cooking smells, which ruined the atmosphere.

When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel. It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed

Couch in room wasn’t clean, curtains had stains on and base of bed was all ripped!! Only people helpful was the baggage staff and our cleaner they was great but other than them no one who was very helpful, no sun beds were available and when there was you have to go and get your cushion for sun lounger! Had to pay 100 dinar for 2 towels and they were small towels, at 9

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time

Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next to the hotel. You can take a bus for 1 dinnar to another town

And trips from hotel are too expensive. You can go to another town and buy own tickets much cheaper. Eg pirates ship for 40 dinnars. However, it is hard to live without drinkable tap water

One word diner (restaurant) 2 points out of 5. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, I would put 3 if you move the bed, much of which can be found, but damp cleaning done every day

Some cool animation activities like water polo the morning and usal hotel animations at night. As we ate in al Mouradi palace food and buffet were great and big, a big restaurant with plenty food for everyone

We had booked a large double room and two single beds at the hotel. First, they gave us a very bad room with two beds. I objected, and they gave us a room on the upper floor with two beds but a balcony

The staff is very cooperative and excellent. The food is varied. A room was booked and we were upgraded to a suite. Thank you to the hotel manager, especially Mr. Tariq.

Restaurant is pretty crowded (especially on weekends), but food is added constantly and even though the lines seem very long, you will usually wait for 5 or sometimes maybe up to 10 minutes for "most wanted" foods (pizza, some meat dishes, seafood)

I'm not sure if this is temporary due to some reparations in the hotel but the restaurant and activities and animation is in El Mouradi palace ( 5 stars hotel) it is 3 minute away from the hotel

All other staff, front desk, cashier, restaurants, bars, waiters, all really friendly, helpful. Breakfast buffet regularly replaced, so food hot. Egg station a big bonus, as was the fresh fruit drinks

Only problem was mis-communications at reception when we could book these speciality meals in advance. Overall a really lovely stay - much better than the ratings suggest. We would definitely consider returning

Rooms are dated but clean , an extension lead is a good idea as not many plug sockets in the rooms . Staff are very friendly and helpful

Cocktails are your typical AI drinks which suited us 🍹 The rooms are clean and tidy the air con is ice cold, which we needed. The pool areas are kept clean, with plenty of sun beds

European resorts are all white families. It seems that every room is a family suite, with two single beds in the living room and three single beds in the bedroom, but only one bathroom and toilet

It would also enhance the experience to have someone at the restaurant entrance to guide guests through the buffet and highlight special offerings such as the outdoor BBQ, which we only discovered by chance

I have been coming to this hotel over 15 years. I arrived 1st april and came home last night. We were a group of 17, with various fod tastes

But after the 1st 3 days we were practically living off bread and chips and plain noodles. The food consisted of Calf kidney and veal liver everyday. I asked if there was chicken or beef as there had been previous years

I asked the restaurant managers who just smiled and shrugged their shoulders, I don't have high standards when it comes to food but you'll rarely find people who eat liver and kidneys every day

Great family holiday! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the loveliest of staff, taken to our rooms within half an hour, which was great as we arrived in the morning, sometimes we have not been allocated until at least 15:00

This hotel is good the entertainment team are the best thing about this hotel we came in non summer time so most of the things were closed but the entertainment team made sure our stay was very good and made sure there was always something to do
