My stay at this five-star hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The level of service was outstanding, with attentive and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure maximum comfort

The service was so-so, as you had to wait forever to check in, and they didn't do what they promised, like bringing something to your room. Cleanliness was okay, and the buffet was just a bit overcrowded

Disabled people had to sleep in 1 separate bed, apart from what you requested at the hotel, it is at ******* I saw it in front of my eyes at the hotel on the order form 1 Double room × 2

On the downside, the gym was dirty, and there were quite a few animals (dogs and cats) around the hotel. They are very friendly, but unfortunately hungry

First of all, the reservation made on trip. com does not correspond at all to what I reserved. Rooms with 2 King size beds or 4 beds

Considering the amount of food that goes to waste, it would be very humane if a part of it was given to them

00pm when everyone is in at lunch. The two pool guards will supply you with sunloungers and the mattresses are 2 dinar daily, the pool towels have a deposit of 20 dinars and is refundable upon return of the towels

Maddy animation team was amazing to all our family same as the lady in the restaurant dressed in a black suit unfortunately this hotel needs alot of improvement in all areas the food is hit and miss and some staff need to learn our to treat people with respect and treat everyone fair and we struggled to get clean towels in our bungalow some days we was left none at all the beach was beautiful and the...

When I had a problem, the receptionist was really helpful and together we have made sure that everything is good. If you are that kind of person who likes to go out and have fun this is your place

Why do I say this? It's because the hotel is full of opportunities for example, dance nights, cocktail bars, sailing and camel riding programs etc. Lastly, I have to say the negative side too

My only problem was the people who stayed with us too. I am not talking about my family nor the staff. I talk about other people who spend their holiday here

The outdoor bar is open from 8am and the waiters will bring you what you ask them for. On site there is also a manicurist/pedicurist and is a lot cheaper than at home

Everything is close: restorant, lobby, pool. The rooms are big and comfortable. The food is of good quality and there are the variety of options to choose from

The hotel has a nice environment, the beach and swimming pool are very beautiful, and the two-tone Mediterranean Sea is stunning

It was (second) extraordinary holiday at Mouradi Cap Mahdia. The hotel is cosy, comfortable, well maintained and the atmosphere is relaxed and feels at home. Cap is located right by the sea with on it's own sandy beach

But the hotel staff and the manager Leila are the best! They are so hard working, kind, helpful and always nice. She is hard worker herself, always trying to improve, listens for the feedback from their guests

This is why we are coming for the 3. The only thing that is worse than before is animation team. Those who regularly come, would know what I am talking about

I am not just in Tunisia for the all inclusive two weeks however and am travelling more widely. I think if I came from overseas and this was the hotel for my Tunisian journey I would be more critical

The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive

Beach is good with plenty of sunbeds Very nice pools and inside seawater pool is amazing Unfortunately some sunbeds covers were very dirty ( picture attached ) Otherwise all staff reception and staff are well cooperating and great ( Ghofrin and Jehid specially )

There was 2 hours between the procedures which I spent in a lovely lounge swimming in the pool with warm sea water and reading my book

However, the staff were generally friendly. However, a word of caution regarding the pool staff (the lifeguards)

You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit

The rooms are beautiful, cleaned daily, new towels replaced daily & even offer a laundry service - this does come with a charge

The best holiday I’ve had in such a long time, I could not find one bad thing to say about this hotel. My holiday in Tunisia was incredible. Every square inch of Jaz Tour Khalef is absolutely beautiful

The Location is beautiful, with your own private beach, local shops as you come out the hotel, many locations like Medina / Mall of Sousse - are within a short taxi journey which are very cheap I must add

The food nice, the room clean everyday. The bar attendant are so excellent, You don't have to wait for drinks, they are there to fill your drink up. The pool area, Mr Diarra is so good at his job

They cater for all nationality. The entertainment is magnificent. I would like to say a special thanks to Sahbi who works at the pool bar, he does above and beyond

Taj sultan is the best hotel in Hammamet to visit I had lovely holiday and good time with my family. I like to say thanks to laila for her worm welcome and here professional she was very helpful and good hard worker

We went to Carthage Land amusement park and Friguia park zoo. The hotel has a cool pool with warm seawater and jacuzzi. The bar on the seaside was closed in May. Only the bar in the lobby worked

Couch in room wasn’t clean, curtains had stains on and base of bed was all ripped!! Only people helpful was the baggage staff and our cleaner they was great but other than them no one who was very helpful, no sun beds were available and when there was you have to go and get your cushion for sun lounger! Had to pay 100 dinar for 2 towels and they were small towels, at 9

30am when they opened was told to come back from in about 1 hour cause they had to towels available everyday! It wasn’t the best first impression and didn’t improve, we extended are holiday but now have booked another hotel for the rest of our days here because of the services we was given!!

When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel. It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed

The dining experience has definitely improved since previously, with more problem solving and visibility from all members of staff. I feel the quality of food could still be improved

The receptionist was really rude. The air conditioner was off even when we asked, the room was really hot and we had to open the window at night when we were listening to the noisy music all night

The only con I can think of is the tax you pay when u get to the hotel that we didn't know about, it wasn't much but we were not aware of it (sure it mentions it somewhere and I missed it ) Rooms are spacious and the bed is glorious , the cleaners are through and we were sure to tip them as they work so hard

The entainment is fantastic the beach is stunning it's a very friendly atmosphere and the staff is polite and friendly we have and a very fantastic holiday the rooms are clean and the cleaners always sort rooms out if needed

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time

Very good hôtel. I visited it with my wife. We passed a very good Time. We enjoyed the beach, the service provided by the hôtel. It was a very good période. I advice people to book there.

Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next to the hotel. You can take a bus for 1 dinnar to another town

And trips from hotel are too expensive. You can go to another town and buy own tickets much cheaper. Eg pirates ship for 40 dinnars. However, it is hard to live without drinkable tap water

Money can make them smile. No money no smile. Hotel has to many people for the rooms they payed for. Only the pool boys are kind for free. To the hotel management, pay your people more!

I have been coming to this hotel over 15 years. I arrived 1st april and came home last night. We were a group of 17, with various fod tastes

The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is the outside pool wasn’t cleaned enough & had bugs floating in it, plenty of outside chairs, tables & sun beds, around the pool & on the beach

I asked the restaurant managers who just smiled and shrugged their shoulders, I don't have high standards when it comes to food but you'll rarely find people who eat liver and kidneys every day
