The entrance is very modern but the rooms are old fashioned but still nice. They had ok food it was bit basic but was nice and the pool was amazing. Definitely recommend as for it being cheap and worth the money

All the staff at the beach bar and beach restaurant are wonderful and kind. Almost everyone from the animation team is also amazing, especially Fyras, who is polite, funny, and simply perfect

So if I had reserved this I would have paid 70 euros × 2 since two reservations and the extra bed never arrived due to your order at the hotel. Very dissatisfied with your site. I do not recommend it to anyone

The service was so-so, as you had to wait forever to check in, and they didn't do what they promised, like bringing something to your room. Cleanliness was okay, and the buffet was just a bit overcrowded

On the downside, the gym was dirty, and there were quite a few animals (dogs and cats) around the hotel. They are very friendly, but unfortunately hungry

When I had a problem, the receptionist was really helpful and together we have made sure that everything is good. If you are that kind of person who likes to go out and have fun this is your place

Why do I say this? It's because the hotel is full of opportunities for example, dance nights, cocktail bars, sailing and camel riding programs etc. Lastly, I have to say the negative side too

My only problem was the people who stayed with us too. I am not talking about my family nor the staff. I talk about other people who spend their holiday here

The outdoor bar is open from 8am and the waiters will bring you what you ask them for. On site there is also a manicurist/pedicurist and is a lot cheaper than at home

Very nice hotel, the entrance feels like a palace. The room was very spacious with a desk and a balcony with a table, perfect for smokers. The food is very good and varied

The Location is beautiful, with your own private beach, local shops as you come out the hotel, many locations like Medina / Mall of Sousse - are within a short taxi journey which are very cheap I must add

I've stayed at jaz tour khalef for the last 6 years. The staff can't do enough for you from the chamber maids to higher management. The cleanliness of this hotel if fabulous and food is out of this world

We went to Carthage Land amusement park and Friguia park zoo. The hotel has a cool pool with warm seawater and jacuzzi. The bar on the seaside was closed in May. Only the bar in the lobby worked

The swimming pool was a good size and had areas were you could lay down which was nice. The rooms were spacious but were in need of renovation and a deep clean. The corridor walls and carpets were horrendous

When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel. It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed

Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next to the hotel. You can take a bus for 1 dinnar to another town

And trips from hotel are too expensive. You can go to another town and buy own tickets much cheaper. Eg pirates ship for 40 dinnars. However, it is hard to live without drinkable tap water

Money can make them smile. No money no smile. Hotel has to many people for the rooms they payed for. Only the pool boys are kind for free. To the hotel management, pay your people more!

We had a wonderful holiday here! The gorgeous beach won it for us. There’s a manned gate directly onto the beach, the sand is soft and beautiful and the water was gorgeous to swim in
