The best hotel in Sfax. I encourage everyone to come and try the deliciously prepared cuisine by Chef Abeer 👍🏼 👩‍🍳

An honest word of advice, when visiting Sfax do not expect too much. Just enjoy the seafood and live the experience. The staff of this hotel do their very best to make you feel comfortable. For the price that you pay it is a good value for money. Special thanks to Serine, Slim, Amir and Sara.

Need more care it's way below Radisson standards specially the restaurent , the breakfast was poor, no spoons to pick up your food on all plates , the server suggested to use the same spoon for different plates (weird) plastic material for the black pepper and salt

At the beginning, it was hard to find this hotel at night, the location was kind of unclear and hard to see.
Once you are in, things are much better:
-fast services
-fancy architecture and interior design
-comfortable rooms
-big screens with different channels and services
-separate WIFI for every room
-a strong WIFI in the lobby
-u can access the highest floor for a pool, spa and other services, including the ability to see the entire city of SFAX from there.
-the conferences room was huge and well equipped.

I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a special experience in the middle of Sfax.

My recent stay at the Radisson Hotel Sfax was considerably below expectations, particularly for a property operating under a well-established international brand. Unfortunately, the management appears to lack fundamental hotel and hospitality expertise, which is reflected in both the service standards and the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

Upon arrival, I found the room to be inadequately maintained. The cleanliness was unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities were missing, such as room slippers, and despite multiple attempts to contact the staff, no one responded to our calls. Additionally, there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom, which further highlights the lack of attention to essential guest requirements.

The situation was not better in the breakfast restaurant. The level of hygiene was noticeably poor, and the food offered was neither fresh nor varied. The limited selection and the substandard presentation made the dining experience extremely disappointing.

In light of these issues, I can confidently say that the overall value of this hotel does not justify the price paid. The experience fell far below the standards one would expect from a Radisson property. Regrettably, based on this stay, I believe that opting for a well-managed local hotel would have been a far better choice.

The absolute WORST dining experience of my life.
We went as a family of 5 on August 29th, to the rooftop on the 9th floor, expecting a premium service given the high prices. Instead, we were met with the most appalling, careless, and downright rude treatment I have ever seen in any restaurant worldwide.

The waiters were shockingly unprofessional: they never once checked if we needed more drinks, didn’t clear the ashtrays, and left empty bottles piling up on the table the entire evening. When the food arrived, the waiter dumped all 5 plates in front of me and clearly expected me to serve everyone else — in what kind of “luxury” place is that acceptable? And when I politely questioned why the service was so poor, the staff responded with arrogance and rudeness, as if we were bothering them.

For a venue charging these kinds of prices, the absolute minimum expectation is decent service. Instead, it felt like we were being disrespected and ignored from start to finish. The entire staff should honestly be retrained or fired, because they are ruining what could have been an enjoyable place.

To anyone considering going here: DON’T. Save your money and your time. This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant anywhere in the world.

First time in Sfax, it's OK to choose an international hotel.
Overall, it's still in line with the level of Radisson, although it's not as good as the ones in Colombia and China.
The breakfast is very Mediterranean, although there are not many varieties, but enough coffee is enough.
There are no shops around, very very quiet. You need to walk two blocks to eat.
The disadvantage is that the air conditioning is not very good. Another thing is that the twin beds are too close.

the experience at this hotel was perfect however cons are :
I'm travelling with the family and it was family friendly hotel but i'm smoker person i had trouble going in and out for smoking as i need to take the key with me to use it on elevator and when you take the key, power outages at the room which i couldn't take it so i made my down via elevator ( it is okay without the key ) but when you go up u need to ask reception to validate the elevator with a key inorder to get to the my room, I have asked reception for additional key but they said they were out of keys as all rooms are occupied.
other than this it is perfect.
