We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink. This would have been really appreciated .

All the staff at the beach bar restaurant are amazing, they are very attentive. They do their best to accommodate all our asks and needs. Cem bey goes out of his way to help all guests.

A dirty and unkempt hotel. The massage service was terrific, we were very pleased, apart from that we were not satisfied with the general cleanliness and food of the hotel.

We were very pleased with the hotel's thermal pool and the attention of the staff, but the variety in breakfast and dinner was very low.

Wifi coverage inside the hotel is poor. The height of the shower is only 2m. TV is extrmely small. You are not allowed to bring snacks to your room. On the other hand, mini bar has only a few items. The management says it is because of the pandemic but no one wears a face mask in the hotel. Food is average. It is a clean hotel. Staff are friendly.

The hotel was in a good location. • The pool and the sea were excellent. • The room was large but very dark, and the bathroom was quite bad. • Breakfast was good, but dinner was tasteless and of low quality! Overall, the hotel felt deserted—quiet and lacking any excitement or fun. I wouldn’t recommend it for enjoying yourself or for good food.

It was fine, a very good price for the amenities (beach access, two pools, breakfast included). A bit far from Alacati, but only ~10-15 minutes from Cesme marina. Not much nearby to the hotel, but good if all you want is a hotel and a beach/pool. Rooms are old (bathrooms especially) but okay overall.

Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.

The hotel was generally nice, but it felt neglected and there were some shortcomings. For example, there was a table tennis table but no rackets or balls, and a billiard table but no cues. The waterslide was closed most of the time for various reasons. In addition, some of the toilets were often dirty and seemed as if they were never cleaned.

Termal pool işsize The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. There was no information on their website about this issue, and I would not select this hotel if I would know it. This was a gift holiday to my mother and she could not swim anymore...

There was no shampoo in the room, the temperature of the air conditioner was not sufficient, we asked for a heater, but the heater that arrived had a faulty plug, so we had to ask for it a second time, the TV did not receive any channels except for a few, they were not very prepared for the winter season, it was a disappointment for us.

Stunning property with a laid-back vibe, just one block off the adorable main street with tons of shops and restaurants, but somehow quiet enough that you don’t hear any of the hubbub. Parking is easy, but it can get crowded during weekends. The traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious. Can’t wait to come back! I loved everything about this hotel!

The owners were very sweet and friendly people. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel's central location was also a huge advantage.

The hotel's proximity to the market was a great advantage; we could easily reach the center. However, the rooms were a bit below our expectations, quite small and cramped. The cleanliness could also have been better.

The design was reasonable, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The room had no heating, and I couldn't contact the hotel front desk. The owner was friendly and recommended a restaurant, but it turned out to be closed down. The pedestrian street was lively, with restaurants and bars.
