It was fine, a very good price for the amenities (beach access, two pools, breakfast included). A bit far from Alacati, but only ~10-15 minutes from Cesme marina. Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.

The hotel was generally nice, but it felt neglected and there were some shortcomings. For example, there was a table tennis table but no rackets or balls, and a billiard table but no cues. The waterslide was closed most of the time for various reasons. In addition, some of the toilets were often dirty and seemed as if they were never cleaned.

Termal pool işsize The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. The apartments are large and comfortable, and the service was fantastic, with just a message required to the whatsapp number provided. The management obviously cares about the property and ensuring guests are comfortable. The room service every two days is above and beyond so if you want a clean place then stay here! We stayed in room 107, which overlooks the marina so the view is lovely and open....
