The location is short driving distance to the centre. It has private beach so you can enjoy the cold sea and the warm sun of Cesme. The rooms are spacious and comfortable

However, we were upgraded to a more spacious room, which greatly improved our stay. On the last day, we missed the hotel's phenomenal breakfast but were compensated with our desired breakfast items delivered to our room

Anastasia was incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling our requests promptly and perfectly. Initially, we were not happy with our room as it was too small for four luggages, leaving no space to walk around

The beach is not very big and there is not open view to the sea (like a big lake) but the pools are very good. We will definitely come back again next year

Japanese (nori), seafood (miso) Turkish (khalia) with the most upmarket breakfast buffets ever seen. The sea here is clear with white sand beaches

The white sands of the private beach are sublime, every pool has enough space to relax, unbelievable facilities for kids (I wanted to go in the soft play myself), and the underground pool/spa/gym is perfect

Alavya's location is great, right in the center of Alacatı but once you enter into the hotel, you are totally isolated from all the noise, crowdedness of Alacatı, it's like you enter into a totally new peaceful world, the atmosphere definitely provides you that

This was our second time in Alavya this year. We were once again blown away by the incredible hospilality, the kind and attentive staff, the beautifull rooms, the amazing food, the gardens and the pool

Alavya is a beautifully designed boutique hotel. The grounds are peaceful and lush. Rooms are large and well fitted. Restaurant has excellent breakfast and dinner. All the staff service is super friendly and helpful

Just one thing in summer only in weekends, the high sound of the neighbor nightclub was so annoying, so if you sleep early come in week days in summer time

This is a lovely spot to relax for a few days. the location is great for walking around town or the pool is great for lounging! breakfast each day was literally the best I had in 2 weeks in Turkey

The receptionist is super friendly, the environment is lovely, and the breakfast is plentiful! However, my room wasn't very big, just enough for my needs. If you have a lot of luggage, choose a larger room!

The best part is parking is fantastic! Parking is difficult at most hotels on the main street, but here the roads are wide and easy to navigate

The location is close to the center, the rooms are clean and tidy. There is no air conditioning or water problem. In general, something is always missing in Alaçatı. Yusuf is an expert and meticulous person

The pool is also a highlight! Large enough, a comfortable temperature, and clean! The beautifully maintained hotel garden offers many opportunities to relax, including a hammock

Our pregnant friend drank soda and they never took her money despite our insistence. The garden is pleasant and isolated. The rooms were spotlessly clean

The house itself is so charming from outside that it charms you right away upon seeing it. The room was really good as well having a touch of both Greek and Turkish cultures similar to building itself

I would say wifi in the rooms could be better but this isnt what we come on holiday for but my husband did need to work but it was sufficient and he was able to work downstairs in the main building

The hotel staff are very helpful and delightful. They checked us in earlier upon availability, offered us a shower room after we checked out, and helped us with getting around the city and off to the airport

Such materials are a bit harder to clean due to gaps and cavities that clusters dirt, and so they require extra care. Such gaps weren't as clean as expected, as I could've seen some stray hairs and dust

The location is amazing, it's just by the end of the main touristic street, which promises a 3 minutes walk to be in the middle of the action, but staying in calm and quiet street
