We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink. This would have been really appreciated .

I loved how it was family friendly and the landscape is spectacular

We were very pleased with our stay; everything was extremely clean. The only thing I don't understand is why all the fees are in euros? After all, we are in Turkey.

Globally the whole stay has been a great experience. From the reception to the room, from the breakfast to the spa, the pools, the linen, the landscaping, the staff… everything was amazing! The hotel was good, but not everywhere was clean, for example, the spa area. No activities available at the hotel. The food was overpriced and the beach was nice.

A very clean hotel, close to everything. The staff is friendly, but sparse. Snacks at the bar and other extras are incredibly expensive.

The room was very clean. With a child, we added a single bed for free. The swimming pool and beach were beautiful!

I've been here before, the facilities, the pool and the beach are excellent.

Its a Very classic and old hotel,some place need to be renovated but the customer service is very nice and kind the view from the windows are beautiful. Definitely would recommend I think its worth staying overall this is great location to have fun as a family!

All the staff at the beach bar restaurant are amazing, they are very attentive. They do their best to accommodate all our asks and needs. Cem bey goes out of his way to help all guests.

The rooms were clean. It was cleaned regularly. The food is delicious but there is little variety. In addition, the number of personnel for shuttle and other services was insufficient and inexperienced. In general, it is a nice, clean and quiet hotel.

I stayed in apart hotel. Very comfortable. It is windy and waves are constant. Sea is clean, pool is nice. Kid friendly. Rooms are big enough for 4.

We stayed at your hotel with our family on May 19th and were satisfied. The smiling faces and service concept of the employees were very nice. The quality of the food was good, the desserts were great. If we come again, we would choose it again.

A dirty and unkempt hotel. The massage service was terrific, we were very pleased, apart from that we were not satisfied with the general cleanliness and food of the hotel.

We were very satisfied with the hotel nice staff and close to all places 👍

We were very pleased with the hotel's thermal pool and the attention of the staff, but the variety in breakfast and dinner was very low.

Wifi coverage inside the hotel is poor. The height of the shower is only 2m. TV is extrmely small. You are not allowed to bring snacks to your room. On the other hand, mini bar has only a few items. The management says it is because of the pandemic but no one wears a face mask in the hotel. Food is average. It is a clean hotel. Staff are friendly.

The hotel was in a good location. • The pool and the sea were excellent. • The room was large but very dark, and the bathroom was quite bad. • Breakfast was good, but dinner was tasteless and of low quality! Overall, the hotel felt deserted—quiet and lacking any excitement or fun. I wouldn’t recommend it for enjoying yourself or for good food.

It was fine, a very good price for the amenities (beach access, two pools, breakfast included). A bit far from Alacati, but only ~10-15 minutes from Cesme marina. Not much nearby to the hotel, but good if all you want is a hotel and a beach/pool. Rooms are old (bathrooms especially) but okay overall.

Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.

The hotel was generally nice, but it felt neglected and there were some shortcomings. For example, there was a table tennis table but no rackets or balls, and a billiard table but no cues. The waterslide was closed most of the time for various reasons. In addition, some of the toilets were often dirty and seemed as if they were never cleaned.

Termal pool işsize The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. There was no information on their website about this issue, and I would not select this hotel if I would know it. This was a gift holiday to my mother and she could not swim anymore...
