Spa was the biggest disappointment - hamam (steam room) was without steam, jacuzzi with tepid water of 33 degrees Celsius and sauna was off until we showed up so had to wait almost an hour to get temperature to 80 degrees. Polite but helpless spa attendant and hotel staff.

Enjoyable can recommend who loves surfing

We were welcomed really well and looked after. The staff were friendly, helpful and ready to assist queries at all hours. The breakfast options was plentiful, delicious and filling. We were also allowed to leave valuables as we continued exploring the area past our check out time.

Everything was okay except a starting time of the provided breakfast daily. Hospitality is good in general.

Last year we have stayed in Imrenhotel with my small kids, Azra and the manager they could see I need help as kids were small they didn’t think twice by helping me!! Food and breakfast really good. We stay here 5 night it was great. If you going to alacati this is the place to stay. This place has great location you can pretty much walk to anywhere. It’s me cost a lot but it’s definitely worth it. They got great breakfast and pool.
