Spa was the biggest disappointment - hamam (steam room) was without steam, jacuzzi with tepid water of 33 degrees Celsius and sauna was off until we showed up so had to wait almost an hour to get temperature to 80 degrees. Polite but helpless spa attendant and hotel staff.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Imren Han. Albeit the hotel was a 2 minutes walk from the centre of Alacati, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The staff were lovely and always helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the guests were lovely. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t look anywhere else if I were to come to Alacati again!

The hotel was nice. Very close to Alaçatı port. We liked it. We stayed in a room on the lower floor near the pool. Breakfast was adequate and good.

We were welcomed really well and looked after. The staff were friendly, helpful and ready to assist queries at all hours. The breakfast options was plentiful, delicious and filling. We were also allowed to leave valuables as we continued exploring the area past our check out time.

Wifi coverage inside the hotel is poor. The height of the shower is only 2m. TV is extrmely small. You are not allowed to bring snacks to your room. On the other hand, mini bar has only a few items. Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.

The hotel was generally nice, but it felt neglected and there were some shortcomings. For example, there was a table tennis table but no rackets or balls, and a billiard table but no cues. The waterslide was closed most of the time for various reasons. In addition, some of the toilets were often dirty and seemed as if they were never cleaned.
